UPDATE: chic fil a followed up with me regarding my order , they were kind and apologetic regarding the mistake. Also offered to replace breakfast bowl. Thanks Chic-Fil-A!

Nuggets are usually more dark brown than this. Teach your fry cooks to cook them an extra 30 seconds to 1 minutes so people don’t get food poisoning…

I drive big trucks for a living so alot of restaurants support and accommodates us in logistics field. Long hours and hard work. I got there at 9:30pm on 12/30/25. They told me the inside was closed and to use the drive thru. I explained that they have 9′ clearance and my truck is 14′. The associate told the manager and she said I couldn’t come in nor place my order at the door. So I literally had to walk threw the drive thru in below 34° weather just to feed my children because they love the food there. Other places accommodates situations like this and I feel that an “Christian” based restaurant should be more accommodating than Taco Bell which is always accommodating.

This place is always busy with an efficient drive through and good service. The food is good but there are other restaurants that we prefer. It feels like you’re being rushed sometimes but I think it is because they are always busy and they are keeping up with the traffic in the drive thru.

It’s Chick-fil-A. No surprises. Food is usually exactly what you expect. Occasionally they mess up the order. Occasionally it takes longer than it should. Friendly without popping up every time you put food in your mouth to ask questions. Drive-thru tends to be a touch slow at times but never bad enough to feel the need to complain because they generally acknowledge when there’s an issue. It would be nice if I could check-in on my app rather than at the drive-thru ordering board. Dinning room is too small. Bathrooms are poorly located forcing customers that have already eaten to break through the actively ordering line. Cramped parking lot.

I love CFA, but this location is the least efficient I’ve ever been to. The morning rush is horrible and they never have anyone outside taking order money during the morning rush time around 6:30-7:00. So, even if you place a mobile order, you still have to wait behind everyone else and they don’t even pay until they get to the actual window. Its extremely frustrating when this could easily be solved by having someone at the speakers taking money or make one of the lanes mobile only (during the busiest times). Oh, and it’s not due to cold weather right now. This is ongoing. I’m sure other CFA can give you some tips.

I like how they ignored me standing there for 5 minutes for my carry out, which was just one coffee. Maybe it’s because it was a reward order or i’m asian but it was not busy in there. Saw at least 5 people who walked past or in front of me, or had a conversation. Funny how a white lady began to wait behind me, after my 5 minutes of being invisible, they asked me what I wanted.
