This is a large, brand-new Chick-fil-A. I waited awhile to go so the crowd would die down a little, but it is still busy. The wait is not as long as you’d think. They are super efficient. Several people are outside taking your orders. The server taking my order had me keep moving with the line, but followed me as I moved up until my order was completed and paid for. I was able to drive up and more servers were waiting at the pick up area. They have spaces for you to stop in while waiting, but my food came pretty quickly. I love that they have gluten-free buns and grilled chicken. The southwest salad was excellent and I love their kale salad. It’s a five star fast food place.

This my third time going back to this location. Disappointed everytime. I order the grill chicken sandwich the same way 3 times. All 3 times it was cold and the bun wasn’t toasted this last time it just feels like the chicken and bacon just got out the fridge. The picture is just grill marks the cheese is no where close to even start melting.

From what i have seen and heard so far…so bad. The other location was better by far. The new crew is rude and can’t even properly count change back. One of the things i always liked about this place was the good attitude of the employees…not happening at this location.

I had a truly disappointing visit to Chick-fil-A. The service was nothing short of abysmal. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated to assist customers. I was the only customer dining in, so I was assisted promptly, but the staff offered blank stares and acted as though my presence was some sort of inconvenience.

This is a breakfast review. I don’t eat at Chick-fil-A often. But since I have a new and close location I thought I’d try a breakfast bowl. I ordered the sausage bowl and meal with the meal you get tater tots on the side as well as in the bowl. With eggs and sausage, I thought the sausage could be cut a little smaller but overall it was pretty good. I was disappointed Chick-fil-A only serves one size of coffee. But it was also good. Overall, I’m sure I’ll be back again.

New Chic-fil-A. Only bad thing is the location. It is hard to get out on the main road when leaving and now I have to travel and extra 10 minutes from the old location, that closed. Food is a little worst than what I’m use to. Change to me on location wasnt good on this one.
