I came to this place starving, only to be given some lemons that were from other days. They tasted bad, and when I asked the waitress for fresh lemons, she was very rude, saying that those were all they had and that if I wanted them, those were the only ones they had. I don’t recommend this place.

The food was tasty. We have tried the shrimp and calamari. The level of pepper ️ was Mild And Medium. More than that might be too spicy. I think the mild is reasonable to start with.

My family and I have been coming here for years we are loyal customers and we honestly loved this place till we recently all started having bad experiences with Liz ( all different times ) I don’t know if she’s the manager or what not but if she is you’d think as a manager you’d have better customer service, but she seems miserable doing her job. She’s rude and off putting. I understand there’s busy days and it gets stressful but that doesn’t mean be ugly to customers, this is the job YOU chose!!!

The food is delicious. During weekends expect a very long wait time.
The outside seating benches were very dirty and had a lot of birds droppings.
The guy who writes the names on the waiting list had a long face all the time, Not friendly and never smiles! (He is the short one).
They need to check the mens restroom, the washing sinks were awful, and disgusting.

We went today me husband and 2 kids ordered snow crab and king crab and shrimps and variety of corn potato etc and the manager (Liz) was visiting the tables asking if everything was good and we told her that the snow crab wasn’t good at all flavorless and so mouchy and she replied so ??u started eating it and she was the rudest , she don’t even want to listen my complain she looked so tired maybe she’s not having good day but if ur asking me how’s the food at least hear me maybe u can change something with future customers anyways we spend 194$ and we tipped 20 percent because the waitress was nice .btw the restrooms so so dirty I wonder how’s clean is the kitchen .this restaurant has lost its values since it’s opened .

I have been a consistent customer here but time and time again the service gets worst. Their staff comes up with rules on the fly. I drove 35 mins to come dine in. I have been told in the past they stop dine in at 9:30 which isn’t posted anywhere on their page. Now this time around they randomly decided they will no sit me at 9:15. I politely requested if anything could be done, but the manager Tyler as he stated his name. Didn’t only say “no” my man has no customer service what so ever. He showed no interest nor concern. With straight face stated “that’s how it is.”
I really hope for a place whom food I actually really like make some management changes and apply just a little bit more care towards customer service.

They must have a new manager, because my husband and I drove 45 minutes and arrived before 9:30 PM, yet we were declined service even though the posted closing time is 10:00 PM. I’ve been coming here for years and have never experienced this before.
If they stop taking customers at 9:00 PM, they should update their hours accordingly instead of advertising a 10:00 PM closing time. Like most places, customers expect to be served until closing. Staff were already cleaning and ushering people out well before 10:00 PM. I’m not the only one who has experienced this—other reviews mention the same issue.

We absolutely loved our experience here. It was fun picking different items to add to our steamer. My favorite was the shrimp and crab legs. The bibs are great and gave us a laugh, it really saved my shirt from the delicious messy meal.

Make sure you check your crawfish if you take it to go. We spent $90 and when we got home it was previously frozen or spoiled crawfish. It was very mushy everytime I tried to peel it , it would fall apart it also had a grayish color to it. Definitely wasn’t fresh, also was sick the next day. Been going here for years too even after we moved almost 40 minutes away we still supported them but not anymore.
