La Fiesta Mexicana is a family-owned restaurant with the goal to deliver authentic Mexican food inspired by the food the owners, Zaide, Mirella, and Ivan, grew up eating in the south of Mexico. Their goal has been to serve food from scratch starting with their fresh handmade tortillas and original salsa made in-house. Previously owning a restaurant in DeLeón Springs, Florida, Zaide and Mirella knew Haines City was the perfect location to share the flavors they grew up with and began the journey with Zaide’s brother, Ivan. They stumbled across a small restaurant that sat 70 people in 2006 and after 13 years they outgrew their downtown location and expanded to 150 seats with a full-sized bar.

La Fiesta Mexicana has some of the best Mexican food we’ve had since moving to Florida! The burritos and quesadillas were delicious, the shrimp tacos were fresh and flavorful, and the chips with queso were amazing. The salsa was incredible too! The atmosphere is very nice and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend La Fiesta Mexicana for a great meal and an even better experience!
