The food was delicious and affordable. We got the tacos, birria soup, and Chile Colorado plate, everything tasted great and came out relatively quickly. They also give you a basket of chips and salsa while you are waiting. Definitely recommend!

Well folks, it’s a nice atmosphere with good music. The service was very welcoming and proficient. The restaurant is clean with plenty of space in the whole dining area. I ordered the menudo since I am the menudo connoisseur besides my own. This bowl has some good flavors to it just ake sure you add all the extras, including the oregano, a couple of lime wedges, of course. The corn tortillas went well with it also. My wife had the two barbacoa tacos and charro beans. The meat was very tender and very tasty. Adding cilantro, onions, and seasoned salt just elevated them. The charro beans were an exception. They were very good, just the way they came to the table. The salsa had a little bite, but so delicious especially with the warm chips.
I can compliment the great service and promptness of the food being served. We will be coming back to try other plates for sure.

Stopped by this small but clean and cozy restaurant in Clovis, NM on the way home from Colorado. Service was friendly and food was okay. I ordered the menudo and my fiance ordered the posole. The flavor of the menudo had little flavor and had a lot more hominy than tripe. My fiance enjoyed his posole after having to add more salt, pepper, and basil to his meal.

Absolutely the most delicious food in Clovis! I highly recommend the skillet burrito Christmas style with pork, but their Asada, Chili Verde, and tamales are just as delicious. Staff is friendly, attentive, and fast. Clean restaurant and nice decor. Can’t wait to come back again. A++

Food was very good! I ordered the carne asada torta. The bread was warm and toasty, meat was tender and the seasoning was just right. Wife ordered the carne asada mini tacos and if I had another stomach I would have ordered those too! They look delicious! La fiesta is good food!!! Server is attentive and the restaurant is clean, organized and welcoming!

the food from there is good but sometimes the food has been a bit bland apart from that the food is pretty good on certain things ordering i suppose just keep an open mind about the food you get as well make sure u got more than what you anticipate to spend because it can be expensive (if you would like good mexican and not as expensive go to jaliscos)
