One of my favorite restaurants of all time. Everyone is very friendly, the food comes out insanely fast and it’s always delicious. The patio is the nicest in southern Illinois and the inside is very nice as well.

Chips n salsa and sweet tea was great. Atmosphere was really quiet. Family place for sure.

One of the best Mexican restaurant I have been in the Midwest. They offer an array of dishes going from the traditional Mexican cuisine to the more US oriented TexMex. Also, if you enjoy spicy food, this is your place, as you can ask for a hotter spicy level, that it is also really tasty!
The service was really nice and attentive, and the place really clean.
There’s plenty of parking spots by the restaurant.

The menu said food on them. The tomatillos tasted like taco seasoning. My enchiladas sauce had so much taco seasoning it was absolutely disgusting. To top it all off I got to the end of the salsa bowl and there was somebody else’s food at the bottom. I will never return to this restaurant. I do not recommend eating here.

Wonderful service from this local favorite for a group of 20. Meet with the Manager and placed my order 2 days in advance. Food was delivered as promised. Very pleased with the food and service.

Delicious family recipes, in a comfortable, vibrant atmosphere.
The owner personally ensured our meal was to our liking. He even gave my wife and I a tour of the place. I could tell he takes pride in his restaurant, and it shows.
Authentic tables and chairs from Mexico, a tequila plant wall mural for the bar, beautiful oil on canvas paintings, custom paint design and art, make this the place to be.
But, of course, most important is the food. This is better than any Mexican food I’ve had from Texas to Toronto, Canada, to Iowa.

Visiting my girlfriend’s family for Christmas and I didn’t know what to expect in this little town of Marion. I got 6 tacos, Al Pastor/Lengua/Carnitas, and they were all very authentic and phenomenal. The Al Pastor was authentic, not my favorite but still good. The Carnitas was on point, a little crispy too which is authentic. The Lengua, pictured, was some of the best I ever had!!! I also got a side of their house tomatillo salsa which was the perfect spice and flavor. I highly recommend this place! I was pleasantly surprised!

Stopped in for lunch while driving through Marion. Excellent food! Unfortunately I was overcharged (dinner price though it was lunch), but otherwise i really enjoyed my experience.

As he sat my plate down, he said ‘best wings in town’! He should have lead with that! The very best wings in town! Just the right mix of spice & sauce to make it a truly amazing wing.
