We enjoy stopping by after dropping off our camper at the storage facility. There are several Mexican restaurants along this road, but most are fairly sketchy.
La Fiesta Mexican restaurant holds its own and does an admirable job of serving quality Mexican fair.
Every visit it appears they are trying very hard to be better.
This is better than your average “hot plate“ Mexican food.

Good bang for your buck. I was a little disappointed with the table side guacamole portion size. Everything else was delicious and plentiful. I ordered the hot and spicy burrito. I did have to ask for the jalapenos on top so if you like that kind of thing make sure you ask for it. The chips were different from what I’m used to however quite yummy. Our server was friendly and most of the time pretty attentive.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant in Douglasville. The outside can definitely use some updating, but inside was very festive and authentically decorated. They even play authentic latin music throughout the restaurant. It took a little while to track down our server after the initial greetings. I think she was wearing too many hats and covering too many areas. At one point she looked like she was even behind the bar. The menu was extensive with plenty to choose from. I ordered the Chimichanga with rice and refried beans. Wifey ordered a grilled shrimp nachos dish. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Side note: the bathroom was very clean. Overall good experience. My rating is really 3.5 stars bumped up to 4 for the super clean bathroom. Next time we will explore the outside seating.

First time coming here and was not impressed at all. Sweet tea had a weird taste. Like instant tea. Beans didn’t taste right and very thick. There was a hair on my plate under my cheese enchilada after I had been eating on it and not knowing it was under my food! GROSS. The beef had no flavor and same with the steak I tried off my boyfriend’s tacos. Had an odd aftertaste that just did not taste right for carne asada and had no seasoning on the meat. The shredded chicken I thought was the only good thing as well as their cheese dip. The chips were soft and not crunchy at all like any other Mexican place. The place was dead when we got there which was 730pm. Waitress was great though and service. Boyfriend and I agreed we will not be coming back since the food taste very poor and the cooks apparently don’t wear hair nets. Pictures attached. Looks way better than it tasted. That’s for sure.

It was the first time we go to this restaurant and it was a total dissapointment. The dishes looked like if they were just tooken Out of the refrigerator and they put in the microwave and the plate was hotter than the food. The drinks tasted like floor cleaner and the people who worked there accepted that the drinks had a bad taste

Delicious! My husband never eats all his food. He ate the nachos, salsa, beans, grilled chicken, peppers, onions, and rice. He is eyeing my leftovers for later. That piece of grilled chicken did not make it home. We have already planned to come back.
Some of the best customer service we have had in a while. It smelled clean too. They had TVs showing the GA football game.

EXCELLENT Mexican food and amazing service! I called to place my order and the man on the phone was very patient and polite. I got there and thought I believe the cashier was training still, she was amazing as well! This will be my go to place whenever I visit Georgia! Love my Mexican cola too!
