First of the place was beautiful. The staff was great, very attentive. The food was on a whole nuther level!! House made flour tortillas so get those. Chorizo queso blanco is a must get. I may just get a gallon of it to take home with me for a party or somethin. All the food was delicious, seasoned to perfection. They got tamales too.

Was not impressed. I Ordered the Beef Enchilada plate for lunch, the cost- $12.95 for two Beef Enchilada’s shown in the pic below, for LUNCH! It should’ve been no more than $8.99.

They have a buffet for about $8.95 but you’re limited to 4 items and Beef Enchiladas are not on the buffet. The food quality does not equal the price. The menu was extensive but again no beef enchilada’s on the lunch menu for some reason.

I’m a born and raised Texan and I love my Tex-Mex food especially beef enchilada’s. I’d rate the service and atmosphere 4 out of 5 for this type of restaurant and the food quality to price, a 3 out of 5.

If you go for lunch you should probably stick to the buffet. The picture below is of my beef enchilada plate (just 2 enchiladas). It doesn’t look like a $12.95 LUNCH plate to me. How about you?

The food was not so bad. My first time here and I didn’t know they have á-la-carte menu and buffet until I paid attention while I was eating my food. Also the new ppl coming in they were given the option, and my waitress didn’t mention if I wanted to choose one of the two options. If I knew right away they had buffet I’d probably go for that since I was very hungry and I wanted to have some of the fresh fruit they had at the buffet, so disappointed. They weren’t so busy when I was there and my waitress still took a while to place my order, to refill my drink I had to ask the lady who cleans the tables, bring the dessert and my check also took forever. I felt like she barely noticed me. Going to a restaurant alone means nothing to me, she didn’t know my situation or who I am, I’m also a person who works in service and I know to treat them with respect, but also to tip based on your willingness and to show my appreciation for the service. Only that this time she didn’t deserve much from me, but $5.
As I walk to the restroom most of the staff were staring at me and I felt some kind of way, I get to the restroom and looked in the mirror to see if I had food on my face or if I had something on my outfit, but there was nothing. I get out of the restroom and hope it was just a coincidence or my paranoia, but I see them talking and they then look at me again like if I they were talking about me, very uncomfortable. I was just a pregnant woman going to eat before my appointment at the DPS, all I wanted was to eat and relax. But so awful feeling I definitely didn’t feel welcomed and I’m not coming back.

I don’t like posting bad reviews but there needs to be an honest one .We were excited to try this place with the great reviews but it was a really big let down the food taste like the Mexican frozen dinner you get out of the freezer section of Walmart. The queso well just look at the pictures. There was just no flavor to the food the uncooked onions had the biggest flavor.

Excellent food and great price. One of the few buffets still remaining and it’s wonderful- the staff is super friendly. I especially like the cheese tacos and crunchy beef tacos.

Is taco bell ground beef! Unbelievably disappointing to have packaged, add water, to the meat product. I will never go back.
I just moved here and it was so bad.

Not very busy on a Tues afternoon. They have a buffet but I didn’t opt for that. The chios/salsa were tasty.I The Modelo was thirst quenching. Pretty extensive menu. I tried the beef enchilada dinner. Definitely a large portion. Beans, rice, enchiladas all pretty tasty. Serve was outstanding. Overall, a good restaurant.

Pretty good joint for conventional Tex-Mex food. Lots of fun and delicious options for drinks.

I had the beef chimichanga and a margarita and both were good.

Barely acceptable quality.
Service is friendly, but slow.
You had best not try a bite from your hubby’s plate if ordering the Buffet.
