Had a great experience ordering my banana shake from Courtney. They answered my question about grape flavoring and I went with large banana shake. Sometimes I have ordered fries, and occasionally ordered chicken. During the work day calls for a huckleberry red bull drink. Store was clean. Employees seemed happy to be there, so made my order just as enjoyable.

Excellent food and even better management. I recently saw the manager handle a tricky drive-thru disruption with total composure. They prioritized the safety and comfort of the other guests and kept the line moving efficiently. This kind of leadership is exactly why this is the best Arctic Circle in the area.

I’ve loved going to Arctic Circle as a kid in the 90’s after a basketball game, and then again as an adult when I need a little pick-me-up. Food is always on point. Today one of the workers, Shelby, was truly a delight. Their amazing attitude shifted my day into such a positive direction. I needed a little shake “hug” because I’ve been working a ton and needed some comfort. Shelby changed my day and food+ good vibes, always equals a good day.

This is the 4th time in a row they have gotten my order wrong, which is why I’m leaving this review. They read my order back to me correctly and everything but there was something completely different in the bag and also no fry sauce which is one of their signatures. I’ll try a different arctic circle next time

The food was excellent that is not the problem here. We weren’t offered a receipt, and at the window when we asked for it the guy seemed totally irritated. They also didn’t offer any sauce or mentioned sauce for the cheese curds.
When my wife went in the store not put 2 minutes after we ordered them she was standing at the counter while countless people just ignore her. My wife explained that she just gone through the drive-through to the girl that came over finally, and she didn’t say anything she just walked away and came back with two ranches put them in my wife’s hand and turned around again without saying anything. If you could just get the service with how good the food is you would be so much busier. Your cells would go up and your profit would go up. But nobody likes to be ignored, waiting is fine but not if you’re ignored.

I was one of those customers who didn’t know exactly what was on the burgers I ordered, and when I asked, They just politely and calmly answered me and were super understanding about me wanting to remove the sauce and such. The drive-through was pretty fast, considering I ordered 2 bags of burgers.

The worst garbage you could eat. I waited like 20 minutes for some raw chicken burgers. I strongly recommend that you do not come to this place. Now I am terribly sick from this garbage. I don’t understand how they don’t close these places.
