Great spacious place. I came there on my birthday and hr before closing. I mentioned twice that it was my birthday. I then asked if they had a birthday dessert . The waitress then said they closed the kitchen. The manager Jackie was nice and offered a drink but since I don’t drink, she said to come back next time and ask for her and I’ll get a birthday dessert. My out of town family loved the food flavor and amount. They did say the margarita was weak tasting in alcohol content. I’ll definitely be back !

How can I start, I gave this place a try because this area lacks any variety of spanish food to begin with. The first time was nice, our waitress was very attentive, friendly and polite. But the food is EXPENSIVE. Today our waiter really really sucked. The curly haired kid with glasses, needed to be asked for everything. We came in as a family of 5, they’re were only 2 sets of utensils at every table, but he never brought us more, we had to grab from another table because he also kept ignoring us while he was bisy texting. We ordered an appetizer and we had to ask him if he can give us each a plate because we were sharing it. We ordered the chicken rotisserie combo , and he didn’t bring us plates for that either. Our order was french fries, but he didn’t bring us ketchup . The restaurant was dead inside and to be honest always is , and now I see why. We wante2d to order Chicha morada, a juice by the way. Can you believe it’s $8 for one cup! SMH. So i went ahead and ordered sweet tea because it was 2.50… our bill for 4 juices was $12… We wanted to pay our bill but first needed that corrected, because we’re going to pay what was advertised on the menu. The blonde lady came over to ask us what did we need, and i explained it to her, she said yeah but our system says something else.. I responded thats not whats advertised. She seemed bothered by us. She came back with a new receipt and sarcastically said I removed the $1. My point isnt the dollar….this happened our first time also but they overcharged alot more. We wanted to pay cash, and it says they give you %3 discount if you pay cash, we waited another 20 mins before anyone even came to take the checkbook. I had to wave them down for attention. Oh and our waiter abandoned our table long ago, he didn’t come back till the end. AVOID THIS PLACE, SUPER PRICEY FOR NO REASON, THEY EACH HANG AROUND ON THEIR PHONE, LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. During down time they should go refill the salt shakers and attend their tables properly and UPDATE their menus with correct PRICES…. Be careful with this place. This is our last visit. Head over to Los Paisas in Pineville.. excellent service and food.

I am so glad I did not listen to the negative reviews because I was 50-50 about visiting this restaurant. It was a good choice to go.

The food was wonderful. I ordered the Arroz Texano. Yes it was a little bit more pricey than other Mexican restaurants I have been to, but I had enough food for two portions. It was a good mix of chicken, steak, and shrimp. Also lots of onions, bell peppers, but I only got two pieces of zucchini.

At first, I was hesitant about ordering the eight dollar guacamole, but it was so worth the price. That was the best guacamole I have ever tasted! I love that they serve warm tortilla chips along with salsa.

This will definitely be a repeat restaurant for me! We were served our food quickly, but it did take a long time to get our to go boxes and the check. The restaurant was not crowded. Besides my table there were only two other tables occupied.

Food was OK they forgot my tortilla for my fajita. The service was OK when my server was around she was super kind.

They were having live music since it’s the day before Cinco de Mayo. I don’t think the DJ knew what was playing it was very vulgar words. It’s a Sunday. I’m with my kids.

Overall, I will give it one more chance.
The prices were kinda high, but I get it.

We stumbled upon this place while out and about. I truly wish we did not! The only thing we enjoyed was the pitcher of margaritas, but after that everything went downhill. Although the food looked amazing at first glance, it was not. The chips we received were burnt. Everything we ate was over cooked, lacked flavor, and was really really really dry. The shrimp within my burrito was tough, the rice was crunchy, and the beans had a burnt flavor. We should have known when we walked in and the place was empty to turn around.

Got to the restaurant close to closing but they accepted the 5 of us & made sure there was room for a wheelchair. Our orders were taken & food came out in good time. Everyone was pleased with meal. 2 of us wanted a meals that wasn’t listed on the menu but when asked for it they were able to order. We enjoyed the food and fellowship. We had to get the waitress attention for our checks & unfortunately they were mixed up. A simple fix & we were leaving within 20 mins. All in all a great space inside with lots of seating, a full bar & there’s an outdoor patio. Be careful when walking in b/c the entrance trip plate is uneven.

We ordered peruvian takeout. I ordered the lomo saltado and my husband ordered the green spaghetti w/ steak. The menu selection is great. Pretty good peruvian food. Good service . Food was made fresh and pretty quickly. Maybe waited 10 minutes max. Will come back to try the Chifa and the Nikkei side of the menu. Pretty standard price for peruvian food.

Quite a bit of a delay in getting our food ended up having to get the food to go, a large table came in right before we were shut down to our table for two they probably just did not have enough staff to cook the meals they were still serving the large table when I left they offered no discount for the long delay and I had to wait at the podium to get seated for close to 10 minutes because it was unmanned I’ve been there several times before and typically the experience has been pretty decent overall I think it’s a good place to eat they may just need some additional staff

The wait for food is always long, no matter how busy the restaurant is. Even if you’re the only table, you’ll still wait forever. I usually wouldn’t leave a review, but today’s service was frustrating.

We were charged a 20% service charge on our checks because the server claimed our table’s total was over $100 and said it was stated on the menu. However, the menu actually says the charge applies to tabs over $100 or parties of 5 adults or more—and we had separate checks.

I only noticed the charge when I picked up my receipt from the bill book. Since I paid with Apple Pay, it went straight to the tip screen, and I unknowingly added $20 on top of the $10 that was already included. The server did return the extra $10 when I pointed it out, but the menu wording needs to be updated for clarity, and servers should inform smaller parties when gratuity is automatically added.

The automatic 20% tip might also explain the slow service—there’s no incentive for servers to provide good service when their tip is guaranteed. I always tip generously, having been a server myself, but this just feels dishonest.
