I’ve been hearing a lot about this place. They have various exotic meat choices for their burgers. I went with the regular beef burger, and my friend had the shrimp. The presentation is top-notch. Loaded with nice quality ingredients. Fries are homemade . I’m not sure if the bun was made in-house, but I was a little on the hard side, with a bit of sweetness. Unfortunately, it’s not my favorite. The fries as well would not be something I’d crave. Maybe if it was cut a bit smaller and fried more. Service is exceptional, though, and the place was very clean.

Today was Fat Burger’s 1st anniversary. We ordered beef fat burgers, onion rings and habanero wings with a couple of beers. WOW those onion rings are the Bomb!! Burgers were great with all the fixings but cooked well done. I like mine medium. Great wings!! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a FAT Burger to try it for yourself. And yes they do have exotic meats also for a different burger experience.

Came in with the girlfriend and we were craving a burger. We were the only ones there but we were amazed with the burgers and service. The burgers were cooked well and everything was fresh. It was definitely the best burger I have had in Penasco by far. I definitely will be back here and recommend this place to anyone!

If you want a burger with lots of stuff on it, come here. We opted for the beef burger, but it came with bacon, lettuce tomato, pickle and cheese. Burger was a tad overcooked, but still good. The bun was huge and fresh, and a but too big, but okay still. French fries are steak cut style and cooked to perfection! crispy on the outside, but soft and fluffy inside….and still blazing hot on the inside 15 minutes later. Burgers are big! I was stuffed and didn’t finish my fries. Service was good and very friendly.

Got Classic Burger with wedges fries and lemonade. Fries with Jalapeños Ranch and lemonade were fantastic but the burger I took one bite, well bread was hard, meat was dry, I wasn’t impressed. My Brother had the same and he ate it all. I was still charged for my meal although I didn’t like it. Service was fantastic server was very apologetic..

Josè is the best! I speak very little Spanish and not only does Josè speak perfect English he’s an amazing cook and made us foreign feel welcomed and at home. This is my favorite restaurant in Puerto Penasco!

Specifically asked for no bacon on my burger, repeated twice “NO BACON” and server repeated back to me as well. Took the burger home, bit into it and had bacon in my bite. This is a religious restriction and 0 stars because of this experience. Of the one bite I took, I could tell the beef patty was not the best either. Tasted like plastic.
