I seriously love this restaurant! We come here often to watch games and get some delicious Chile relleno with green sauce. I could seriously drink that green sauce!! And their red rice!!! It’s amazing. It’s probably the best meal I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is fun and the staff are all nice. We’ve also had the ceviche and it’s so good but we keep coming back for that Chile relleno!

I ordered the two molcajetes. The first one came out good. However this one in the photo was not what I expected. The avocado was rotten and there was no way that they didn’t notice that it wasn’t. I called right after opening it and just wanted to let them know to make sure it doesn’t happen again and the worker who answered made it obvious that he didn’t care. No apology and honestly I just called so it wouldn’t happen to future customers who order from this restaurant. I will not be ordering food from here considering that these are their standards for serving people who order from here.

It’s a decent sized restaurant with a family owned type atmosphere. The food is average but the pricing does not reflect that… imo it’s overpriced for the quality. I deducted one star because the floor is absolutely disgustingly dirty.. like auto repair shop waiting room dirty.
I I deducted another star because they add 4% to the tab if paying by a credit card and you don’t find out until the bill is brought to the table. With the prices they are charging for food I’m having a hard time believing they need to make the customer pay CC processing fees plus a markup.. 3 stars is generous at best

Not good. Unfortunately. When the salsa is the best thing you eat there, you know you’re in trouble. That said, they’re salsa is fantastic. Best salsa I’ve ever had. You also shouldn’t call yourself a Mexican restaurant if you don’t serve real margaritas. They have wine based margaritas because they don’t have a liquor license and they have beer. But if I go to a Mexican restaurant I want a real margarita and they cannot provide that. I tried the Birria plate and it’s the real thing. Goat meat and it was good. Not great but good. The beans were average and the rice was sort of below average. So overall the food experience was simply not good and the fact that they don’t have liquor was a real problem. If they’d add liquor then maybe I might give them four stars. But frankly the foods just not good enough for that so I probably wouldn’t anyway. I really would have given them two stars but that’s salsa. It was really really good. I hope they improve because the staff was helpful, friendly and attentive.

The place was very hot and stuffy. When we were sited, the table had just been wiped but it was still wet and not knowing I just put my hands on it and got that ewu filling. The menus were also wet.
The server was really friendly. The food was good but nothing that I must go back for.
I saw a lot of posts on Yelp commenting on how good their margaritas were but this place doesn’t even have hard liquor license so they make the margaritas with wine.
Overall I would say cheap place to eat alone if you are hungry but not a place to go for night out.

On my first visit, I ordered two asada, two breaded fish and two chicken hard shell tacos. Service was totally friendly and fast. Gotta say, this looks like our new go-to spot for authentic-style Mexican food!
