Just going to list facts, no opinions. #1. Brussel sprouts, would not recommend. #2. Took an hour for the dinner course of our meal to reach the table #3. The burger was half cooked to medium and half raw, uncooked ground beef. #4. While waiting to re-fire the burger, my partners tacos sat under the heatlamp wilting the cilantro.

Great atmosphere had a burger and fries good flavor made very well. Party of four everyone enjoyed the meals. Desert and wings were very good. Would say those maybe not best value but overall good value.

Great food tacos, Reuben, and BLT . Short wait for food great waitress very knowledgeable on everything we asked. We’ve been going there on and off frequently and hats off to everyone. The only problem you have is not enough space thats it. Once summer comes to open up the sidewalk will help tremendously. We’ll be back all the time!! If you’re reading this Keep in mind they will have issues as any business does. Come back and let them redeem themselves. They will. Enjoy!!

Had a great experience at La Crosse Distilling. Fast friendly service, a great beer and an awesome Bloody Mary started our visit. We got the ridiculously good brussel sprouts and a wonderful Nashville chicken sandy. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in town

Since they produce their own spirits, the alcohol selection is rather limited. We had a large group and they were not accommodating. Even though we were originally all sitting together as a group they asked us to split up and moved some of us to the bar and said that this had something to do with the way their staff was organized. I payed for a number of our party, was over charged and they were unwilling to resolve the billing issue. I would not feel comfortable recommending.

Just stopped in to support local businesses and I will say their Rye Whiskey is pretty close to Jack Daniel’s in my estimation but be careful…bit stronger than Jack so you may need some ice enhancement! Very brief but positive interaction with the staff and very good experience overall! Staying in a local hotel at the time but had to give them a whirl! Recommended!

Stopped a couple times on our La Crosse weekend and had excellent and attentive service both times from Joseph. The Asian spiced Crispy Brussels Sprouts were terrific. The Rye Old Fashioned was in the top 5 all time for me and my wife liked her Nutty Blueberry just as much. Definitely will become a regular stop for us on future trips to La Crosse.

When we were seated at 530 for our reservation our server let us know that we would have an hour and a half for our dinner experience before they would want us to leave the table for the next seating. It was phrased rather rudely but we understood the reason behind the ask. It only went downhill from there.

They brought out our desserts around the 90 minute mark before we even got our Entrees, which they took back but we wish we would have kept them just to have something to eat.

Our server, Tyler, kept telling us that our Entrees were almost up for about an hour from about the 60 minute mark until they finally arrived at the TWO HOUR mark at 730pm. My husband’s steak was only warm at best and the cauliflower with my scallops resembled something off a veggie tray from the grocery store, raw and no seasoning.

We would go 30 minutes with empty water glasses and had to ask for more water several times.

It took another hour after our entrees for us to get our desserts and they only brought one out first and had to go find the second. My lava cake was cold.

The total experience took 3 hours. THREE HOURS for three courses that were just okay at best.

We were not the only table that was experiencing this. We kept being told the kitchen was backed up but there was also issues with cocktails being brought to us that we didn’t order. At one point, 3 drinks arrived within 5 minutes that we hadnt even asked for. None of the service team seemed to be working together or have any cohesive idea of what was going on.

We were not charged for the extra drinks thankfully but we are still not happy that we paid $150 for: cold food that was supposed to be warm and warm food that was supposed to be cold, the total time of the service meant we had to cancel our after dinner plans, and just overall lack of service from the staff.

I really was looking forward to this dinner experience but I will not be recommending La Crosse Distillery to anyone any time soon, especially for a special menu/event.
