A French tradition to Breton families for many years, sweet and savory crepes were originally a basic element in dining, cooked on a large cast iron plate heated over a wood fire, the fine art of crepe making has been improved with the introduction of the electric crepe maker. Over the past Thirty Three years, Chef Dinos has perfected the art of crepe making; Patrons stare in admiration, as he pours, twirls and flips the crepes. Using the freshest ingredients, which are then cooked to perfection, these crepes are a blend of a visual and delectable feast.

Overall, the experience was good. I really liked the atmosphere, and the food was delicious. However, I did notice a lot of dust on the ceiling areas, which suggests that a deep cleaning might be needed throughout the dining area. I understand that having an open kitchen makes it harder to control the grease and dust, but perhaps installing a drop ceiling and proper exhaust fans in the kitchen could help protect the food from ceiling dust. Other than that, I really liked the concept and enjoyed my visit.

This Place has the Best Crepes! So Amazingly Good. Fotis has the Magic Touch. He makes these Crepes into Masterpieces. This is a very traditional coffee shop in Ybor City. Excellent Service. Food was Amazing. I am tempted to go back there today and get another Crepe. This place tops them all! Come by. Ask for Fotis and he will make you the Best Crepe you will ever have!

Another gem on 7th! Why I never thought of putting artichoke hearts and white wine sauce in a crepe I don’t know. Food is delicious here, iced espresso is truly blended to perfection and the space is tidy. Great spot for a workday lunch or brunch date.

Went in for a cup of espresso Sunday morning. It was pretty packed. It’s a small bistro but quite quaint but good. Got the iced blended mocha and the cafe con leche. They specialize in crepes of all kinds. Outside seating available.
