This restaurant was surprisingly excellent.
First off, I dont expect to be wowed by the food at a poolside restaurant so maybe my lower expectations resulted in the high scores above. the restaurant itself is beautiful and you can tell that this is a new 5 star resort.
The prices seemed high at first when were making our choices but the dishes that were delivered lived up to the price point which was the surprise. We sat outside and the service throughout was excellent.

La Côte at Fontainebleau is that rare poolside spot where the ocean breeze, elevated flavors, and genuinely warm service come together to create a transportive lunch experience. It’s effortlessly chic—open-air Mediterranean vibes with upbeat music, stylish crowds, and a buzz that makes you want to linger just a little longer.
We ordered the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp, and it was everything you want from a poolside Caesar—crisp, cool romaine with just the right punch of anchovy in the dressing, and jumbo shrimp grilled to absolute perfection. The Greek salad came loaded with vibrant cherry tomatoes, briny olives, and creamy feta, topped with the catch of the day: mahi-mahi, which was just okay, but still a nice addition. Their salads overall are crisp, fresh, and beautifully done—perfect for a sunny afternoon.
The Mezze Platter was definitely a highlight. They let me sub the baba ghanoush for guacamole (which was creamy, well-seasoned, and refreshing), and the warm, fluffy focaccia paired perfectly with the spread. I asked for the olive oil on the side, and they didn’t miss a beat.
Service was impeccable across the board—attentive, gracious, and never intrusive. From our standout server Stephanie to every team member who stopped by, there was a genuine care and professionalism that elevated the whole experience. This is exactly the kind of place that makes a casual lunch feel like a mini vacation.

The huge shrimp and burgers were garnished very nice . Sorry I didn’t get those photos.

As a local I was not only impressed with the service but the prices were very reasonable for the location. The food was really good. I tried 3 appetizers and one entree. Everything came out really good. I took a bunch of food home for the next day. I also want to note the waitress delivered on the service. There’s nothing better than when I’m getting a drink refill and extra napkins without even asking. As a local we are all about getting good service and tipping well when we do. I recommend the Caesar salad with chicken skewer on top, ceviche, shrimp tacos, chicken club sandwich and the grilled veggies with seasoned meat,the feta and watermelon salad was amazing,and lastly the lobster quesadillas. I also like all the breakfast items but I’m a lunch dinner type. The food is fairly healthy and not greasy. The location is at Fountainbleau. I tipped 25% because the service was so good. My bill was about $83 and I tipped $22. I will definitely be back.

While I was relaxing by the pool at Fountainebleu, I was approached by a nice server who asked if I was hungry or if I would like a drink. I actually was hungry and ordered a Fried Chicken Club sandwich, which she highly recommended. I already had a cold water beside me. It was actually too hot for a drink at that time.
I was actually happy that she stopped by because the sandwich was really good and hit the spot.

Such a great place! Totally nailed the French Riviera beach club feel. Food is soooo good. Rose’ wine list is full of amazing options. The team is great! We had lunch there three days in a row and experienced amazing service. Bryan, Chris and Gilbert, thank you! Will definitely be back. Worth booking a spot at Fontainebleau to experience! Thank you!
