Must-go restaurant brought by owner Sergio and 5-star culinary experience by Chef Orlando!! Undeniably a bold, creative global fusion with influences of Mexico/Spain/Asia/Italy – attempted by many but mastered by few, if any! My favorites were the Spanish Charcoal Octopus with grilled guajillo salsa, potatoes, Spanish chorizo, garlic aioli and black garlic aioli -outstanding, it reminded me of being in Madrid when I was there a month ago, and the Black Angus Ribeye Tacos, authentic Mexican tacos with salsa abuelita would make! At least one more dish I’d recommend, although the Vodka Rigatoni and La Condesa Carbonara were very delicious too, the Pork Belly Bao Steam Buns – incredible as well! This is the spot for foodies from all around the country!! This experience was also made special from the service and smile from Alina, who also as gave us great recommendations and was incredibly fun!! Memorable night – thank you again to the amazingly talented Chef Orlando and enchanting server Alina!!! Un placer!!!

This is a top 100 restaurant per USA. Today went there for the first time and really enjoyed the atmosphere at the location in Midtown Reno we had gnocchi’s with chorizo. We also had gnocchi with chicken along with an appetizer of calamari. The service was very intentive and I would definitely recommend people go there and give it a try if you’re from out of town it’s located on Wells Avenue in Reno Nevada.

Saw a short TV interview last week on this spot..So we investigated and we’re really pleased with the flavors and presentation…
Ahi Toasta and Ribeye Tacos broke da mouth as they say in Hawaii. I will return many times to this spot. There is a large outdoor area which would be a perfect hangout spot in warmer weather.
Best spot on S. Virginia by a mile.

The food and the staff were amazing. I chose to stop here on a whim and everyone was incredibly welcoming and very kind when I got inside. Sienna the bartender is killing it! Will certainly be back next time I’m in the Reno area. I tried the ‘Don’t tell me what to do’ cocktail and the barbacoa taquitos which were very tasty!

Food was pretty good. The wings were really good. The fish and shrimp tacos needed salt tasted very bland even with the creamy salsa they gave. The michelada was really good. The Tostada ceviches good be a meal not an appetizer, because it’s one whole and not very sharable. Pasta was really good.

Food, service, and ambiance were wonderful! Carbonara and ceviche were fabulous. Lamb Gnocchi was tasty but too soft. May have just been that specific instance. Drinks (hibiscus and guava) were really good. A little pricey, but still definitely coming back.

We recently ate here and had a good experience. We got the octopus as an app which I love all seafood but this was just chewy bland and flavorless. Entrees were grilled short rib fried rice which I thought was great. Tasty and a variety of flavors. I’m not typically a fan of pork belly but it was well seasoned and mixed with the peppers, onions and rice. Overall it was a great meal. My GF got gnocchi al cilantro and she sadly didn’t finish her meal. It was very greasy and seemed to have too much added oil so she was not particularly a fan of it and would not order it again. Presentation for all the food was terrific. We got an old fashioned also and it was 10/10 would order again. Overall the experience was good. Our server was friendly dog and responsive and we were able to sit where we wanted to away from the sunlight. Very expensive considering. We were out the door for 120.00

We started with $5 chips and salsa. The chips are good and homemade but the “salsa” reminded me of pea puree with a drizzle of tapatio on time. Very flavorless. We were recommended the ribeye tacos. Very small portion of 3 tacos. The ribeye meat itself was completely flavorless. If it wasn’t for the guacamole and Pico there would be no flavor. Overall a disappointing experience.

Let’s start with the flavors—simply put, this is hands down the best restaurant in Reno. The tacos, the calamari, the bao… do not skip the bao. Even if you hate mustard, order them anyway. You won’t be sorry.
Alina, our server, went way above and beyond, and Orlando came out to personally greet us and walk us through the food, which made the experience even more special. This is honestly the best meal we’ve had in Reno—not just because of the food, but because of the care behind it.
The restaurant itself is stunning. It feels like having dinner inside an art exhibit—the music, the murals, the atmosphere all come together perfectly. Every detail feels intentional, creative, and elevated without being pretentious.
This isn’t just a place to eat; it’s an experience. We will absolutely be back. If I could give more stars, I would. Coming from Chicago—one of the best food scenes in the country—this restaurant would easily rank in the top 10. The only thing missing is La Condesa itself
