This is one of the great local seafood restaurants on the island . It has a fantastic seafood sample platter, coconut shrimps , whole fried fish and a variety of other choices. I eat here once a week. Nice people and a longtime hard working staff. They serve liquor and drinks and have parking and smooth take out.

My friend and I have been coming here year after year when we vacation in Cozumel. Our favorite local place to get a whole Fried Garlic Fish. The place is very clean, the servers are all very friendly and nice and the food is always excellent.
We picked out our fish (4lb. Snapper). You chose how you want it prepared (we like it fried). You chose the seasoning, in our case I choose garlic. The chef does his magic, you order a few beers and enjoy LOL “life is good.”

Tried this place due to Google Maps reviews, my new go to. Off the path a bit cabbie took 2 of us from cruise ship piers for $18 and returned to take us back 1 hr later. Cabbie asked how we knew about this place as “its where locals eat” . Welcomed by staff in open clean dining room. Cooks are seen working. I had Seafood Platter- conch fish shrimp octopus squid rice squash cauliflower- A little over $30- easily could feed 2. Wife had octopus. All very good.

Great restaurant, food service and fantastic food. It’s nothing fancy but you get more than you could expect for a very fair price. We had the medium mixed ceviche and mixed seafood. Especially the fish filet was amazing. Everything was grilled on point a with the taste speaking for itself. Simple food focused on seafood flavour. Will come again

What an authentic find! We made our first visit to La Conchita last week but we will be back.
As we exited our taxi we were greeted by our server in the parking lot! They did everything they could to make us happy and feel welcomed.
The restaurant is very clean and bright.
The helpings are generous! And the prices very affordable.

I’ve lived here for almost 11 years and used to go here years ago. I probably hadn’t been in 5 years, and what a mistake that was.
I have friends visiting from Seattle who love seafood. We’ve been trying all the top places and tonight we went here. They think that it was the best so far.
We ordered the seafood platter plus a grilled fish. The platter came with 2 sea bass filled, conch, octopus, shrimp, lobster, and the most tender squid I’ve ever had. Plus, it had rice and veggies. We should have stopped there as it was easily enough for 3 people. But we also ordered a conch dinner and some guacamole to start. Somehow, we ate it all and then also ordered a piece of cheesecake for dessert, and it was huge!
The prices here are very reasonable and I’d highly recommend them to any seafood lover.

This is the place where locals eat! The portions were very generous and prices were reasonable. Everything was fresh, but the whole fried fish tasted dry, not juicy. All other dishes were good but could be a bit more flavorful
