Los Cantitas is easily the best Mexican we’ve found in the Shelbyville area. Our lunches were delicious!! Service couldn’t have been better. To make it even more special the downtown Shelbyville restaurant was all dressed up for the Day of the Dead celebration. However, it’s being able to shop and stroll the historic town that makes dining here a great choice.

On our recent visit the food was far below their normal quality. Mine was NOT fresh…it seemed like it was a day old. The Fajita Pina was NOTHING LIKE the photo on their website.There were NO pineapple chunks, just maybe 4 tiny little pieces, it was mostly chicken, and only 4 tiny shrimp.The first photo is what’s on the website…the second is what I was served

One of our favorite Tex-Mex places in Shelby County. Eat here quite often with wife and family and portions are large. Plated presentation is very nice. margaritas are very good, order-to-table times are short and wait staff is friendly and attentive.

Great food and atmosphere. The waiter was extremely friendly and helpful, but the service can get a little slow when they are very busy. However, the food was well worth the wait. I would highly recommend the “Alfredo’s Burrito California” to anyone. The guacamole is also very tasty.

Really good and really flavorful Mexican food! Every employee was really nice, the wait was pretty long, but the food made up for it.
The Flautas are amazing! Lots of tasty cheese!
The atmosphere is nice and the waiters wear masks and keep everybody distant from each other which is very nice.
There is wheelchair access and wifi!
