This vendor was my go to place for the best pupusas I have had in the area; but the last time I ordered their cook had changed and so did the pupusas. The meat was non existent and they were thick – but it was mostly cornmeal (masa). It was Very disappointing

This was our First time ordering from this food truck and everything we ordered came out Delish! We usually stick to our taco truck but they haven’t been answering the phones so we decided to give this business a try and I can confirm and say this was worth every bite! I absolutely LOVE this food truck! We have it at least once a month catered to our workplace. The rice is always so moist and the chicken is so delicious, tender, and juicy. We get the chicken tacos, but last time I ordered the breakfast tacos! They WERE BEYOND delicious. Not many places make potato burritos that are tasty, filling, and overflowing the tortilla. I am a breakfast girlie for sure and la concina de Ada food truck REALLY delivered and satisfied my breakfast craving. I could eat the potato, egg, and cheese one with both the green and red salsa EVERYDAY!

The tacos and quesabirria were absolutely delicious! Everything was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. My order came out 100% correct, which I really appreciate, and the prices were amazing for the quality and portion size. Definitely one of the best taco spots around — I’ll be coming back for sure!

I love their birria tacos and frijole pupusas. When i first moved to the area i used to order atleast once a week as we were working on our house and didn’t have the chance to cook. The tacos are loaded and so are the pupusas. The prices are also a great deal. When i have friends over I always make sure to have them try it. I always call ahead and they take about 15 mins. There’s also tables you can eat at.
