This was our first visit here and my whole party of avid Mexican food lovers was absolutely amazed at the food the portions the staff, just the whole experience. Everyone was sitting trying there food and just insisting that everyone else at the table had to try it as it was just that good, too good to explain, too good to believe that every dish was just good. The flavor explosions of every dish, perfect mis of all your favorite flavors! if every other Mexican restaurant was graded on a curve they all just lost points and dropped a grade to this place. Drinks stayed full the entire time. The staff was extremely personable and very willing to answer questions and get what ever we needed. When you first see the place it doesnt look any different than any other place you would choose to eat, but you walk in and the smell of the food hits you, you know you went to the right place. We were only in town for a color gaurd competition at the high school but you can bet that we will find a reason to come back. I absolutely suggest every food lover try this place. You will not be disappointed. The ops manager was telling us how they prepare their dishes with meets fresh from the butcher. It literally reminds you of sitting down to eat in Mexico! Everything we ordered was the best we have ever had. The beverages were strong and mixed with perfection and tend to creep up on you so be careful lol. I would give this place more stars if I could. The prices were very reasonable for everything we ordered, you get way more than you paid for!

The Salsa!!! You could drink the salsa they bring you with the chips. The place was busy when we arrived. Our party of 3 was seated immediately. Our patient waiter kept our drink glasses full. He brought out our food quickly, didnt hover over us. And cleared our plates as we emptied them. Great atmosphere. Not too loud, but inviting and positive. I had a shrimp plate, cant remember the name, however it was perfectly cooked. Sometimes places will over cook shrimp, turning them into pieces of rubber. Not this place! Fantastic food quality of preparation and cooking. Pur table was clean, as well as our silverware. Glasses had no spots on them. Every staff member that I saw, had very clean hands. The restroom was exceptionally clean and smelled like a flower garden. I liked the large menu, chock full of many dishes and options. So if you enjoy Mexican food, go see them at LaChiquita. Their moderately priced, excellent cuisine will ease your belly rumblings.

I ordered through Uber Eats and was pretty disappointed this time around. Usually, my food from here is always good and accurate, which is why this stood out. I ordered the fajita nachos, but they came without the peppers, so they looked and tasted pretty plain. I also didn’t receive the ranch that was supposed to come with my chicken wings. I know these aren’t huge issues, but when you’re paying for specific items, you expect everything to be included and prepared as described. Hoping this was just an off day because I normally have great experiences here.

I reserved the patio on 10/7 for Friday night 10/10/25 at 7:30pm for my husband’s surprise birthday party. They had 3 days to be readily staffed and able to handle a party of 20. That unfortunately was not the case. They sat us but did not give us any silverware. Another party came in and were seated and given silverware and taken care of immediately. We waited for drinks, waited quite some time to even get cheese dip. Finally were able to order and still didn’t have silverware when our food came. Then when asked again (five or six times asking) we were brought out to-go plastic ware. Steak items and things do not cut with plastic! Some people weren’t even able to eat their food at all. Then the manager had an issue with removing an item from a ticket that could not be eaten. To make it right the manager decided to bring everybody a shot of tequila. A lot of the people in our party were not even drinkers and did not want alcohol to make it right. But that is the only thing they were offering. Then when we got our tickets, we noticed That they charged us astronomical prices for things such as one strip of sour cream they charge two dollars. For a few lime wedges, they charged five dollars. For two people a ticket was $90 and they had put a $20 gratuity on the check. The check should have been around 65 but after the gratuity was added, the check came to $93. That was for a two person check. Now I understand that gratuity is automatically added for parties of six or more, but the price gouging that took place the attitude of well we just ran out of silverware instead of making sure someone was washed and brought out before the food was delivered. And then the dismissive manner of the Manager. All of this put a very sour taste in our mouth and these 20 people will never return to this restaurant again. Oh, not to mention, they only had one server working the entire party, and most of us sat there for the majority of the meal with nothing to drink because we could not get refills.

Came last minute for my mom’s birthday. They accommodated my food allergies and had no problem with our service animal. The food portions were HUGE and we ended up taking a lot home. They were friendly and the food was delicious. I would definitely come again.

Spent $30 on an order, when I got it it wasn’t what I ordered at all and by the time I received it, the store was closed. I called the next morning and spoke to a woman I didn’t get the name of, she was very nice and reassured me she let the manager know, and I can come later after work to get what i ordered as long as I had the receipt and bag (which I still had). I called after work to let them as well as the manger know I was heading up there and someone (they said their name was Johnathan) said they couldn’t help me because the manager wasn’t there. When I asked for a resolution or what happened with the other employee, he just kept cutting me off to repeat that “the manager isn’t here”. A waste of money, and awful customer service from the second shift that came in.

Where is the review I just left. Showing your using leftovers from other people’s tables. Why would I have taco shells in my beef and beef bits in my chips. I also thought beef nachos came with veggies? Also there was a bag of chips better than my meal chips and only got 2 small cheese and ordered 2 alone for my meal. Worst experience ever. Staff was great. Believe me when I say about the food I mean your getting what they save and send it out on pickup.

We decided to try it out Saturday around 6:30 pm. We were seated immediately and nachos and salsa came soon after. Salsa was good but missed that little kick of spice. The small bowl didn’t last long we had to order more 2 times. I had the Texas fajitas my husband had enchiladas with ground beef. His meal was ok he wasn’t impressed with the beef choice. The fajitas were good it came with lettuce, tomato and 2 slices of avocado but no sour cream so I asked for it (I was later charged for it). Strawberry margarita was really good. I would come back and try them again

If i could give this place more than 5 Stars, i would. This Mexican restaurant is fantastic! It is authentic Mexican and is made fresh. I ordered a a grilled chicken burrito and cheese enchilada and my wife ordered the street taco, cheese enchilada and avocado salad. The fresh margaritas were outstanding! The restaurant was very clean and the staff were super friendly. We don’t live on that side of town, but we will definitely go back when we are on that side of town. We loved it and definitely recommend it!
