I love this spot, pass several of bagel shops to come here. The owner is very friendly and dedicated. The bagels are very fresh as well the owner told me they make a batch in the morning and one later in the day where most spots I went to only make in the morning.

The bagels are ok, the seasoning is only on the top not the bottom which is kinda weird.
The sausage patty on my breakfast bagel was gross. TONS of grizzle I’m always spitting out and there’s even bone shards, I assume it’s a very low quality sausage for it to happen all the time. I’ve had this problem before so it is pretty common. Going forward I’ll skip the sausage from them!

Daughter For A Day
Good fresh food which is not inexpensive but I would expect excellent service to go with it. I have never had a problem except for the asian woman who works there. She got my bagel order wrong, toasted with cream cheese, I brought it back and she’s insisting that she toasted it just not that much. It was a cold raw bagel. So then she says, I didn’t know you wanted it toasted like burned. She makes my bagel but is now double toasting it. Please just admit you didn’t toast it and say my apologies and move on. I didn’t mind the mistake but the attitude was ridiculous. Sorry I hope you can hire a nicer person who is better at customer service. I am not a complainer but when I have to go through this to get a toasted bagel, I need to say something.

Service was fast, personal and they mix the coffee the way u want it. The bagels were warm and still nice and soft. Would go there again. After 2pm bagels are $5 for a dozen!

It started when I called my order in. I asked for porkroll and cheese on a roll and the girl just had to correct me and say “you mean Taylor ham and cheese?” (You obviously knew what I meant) But I still waited almost 20 minutes when I got there. There were 6 or 7 employees and only two or 3 doing anything. Others were just walking around talking. There is no separate spot for pick up orders. I waited behind 6 other people. 1 guy taking orders and doing everything and another girl taking orders occasionally and then going to the grill to make the sandwich of the order she took individually. When she got back from making a sandwich I finally got her attention to ask for my order which was placed almost a half hour beforehand and with an attitude and an eye roll she said “name.” She then got my sandwiches off of a cold surface and took my money. Obviously my sandwiches were cold and unenjoyable.

Horrible bagel. Chewy, hard and flavorless. To add insult to injury, I asked for toasted and while he put it through the toaster, it never toasted and wasn’t even warm. He should have noticed when he put on the miniscule amount of spread. I couldn’t even eat more than 2 bites.

Food is good, bagels are delicious…but write down your order. Even if your getting one sandwich! Everything is fresh and delicious…but wait staff get the order wrong if you get too many things!
