We visited the Cole Bay location by Carrefour as the Cupecoy location was closed. Ordered the crunch wrap burrito and chicken quesadilla. Absolutely delicious and flavorful! We went back on our last day and got 2 classic burritos to have on the flight home.

Stopped by their new location in Cole Bay attached to Carrefour. Husband and wife team, Jasmin & Kyle, know what they are doing and doing it well. Friendly staff, quality drink selection (including beer) and fantastic food served perfectly. I was in a rush so I ordered a simple steak quesadilla with no guacamole, no cilantro with added spice and the heat level was perfect. The order came out perfectly and the ordering process is flawless with a self serve kiosk with an easy to use interface (most kiosks are not intuitive) or you can order at the register with a real person. Super convenient either way. On the beverage side they had a great selection including pure sugar cane Coke in a 500ml glass bottle, very rare, (bigger and better than Mexican Coke). It was the perfect “soda sommelier” pairing with my quesadilla. While dining, no request was too much.
Sour cream request was immediate and more napkins no problem. Bottom line, a great meal and service. It just goes to show you that Jasmin & Kyle really care about their business! Quality food, fresh ingredients, fantastic drinks and great interaction with the staff. I look forward to visiting their other location in Jordan Village closer to me and trying other menu items. Congratulations on your new location and keep up the great work. Really enjoyed the experience and will tell others too. All the Best, Gomer

Response to owner. NO gracias! I just showed the pic of your tacos to the Yacht Club staff and they said Wow you ate that!! ****Tried the place on a slow, rainy night in the Jordan Village. Unfortunately the recommended barria tacos had no flavor and were very disappointing. Very heavy and not my idea of a taco. I added some sauce and still did not enjoy them. Not the fastest service for basically a takeout window. Judge the tacos by the picture, not good!!

This place is an absolute must! Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had ever. Me and my wife came back here for lunch 3 times during our 8 day trip and the portions were very filling! The service is absolutely amazing, the food is spot on and the atmosphere…… I mean come on, you’re in St. Maarten! We got the asada nachos, the enchiladas and the asada flaming hot Cheetos buritto! The Margaritas are also soooo good!

Tacos and nachos are excellent! Staff is friendly and I had to call to see if the cheese sauce was gluten free. They had no problem double checking and they were very polite about it. Thank you for understanding our dietary restrictions and as you can see the food is almost gone

I wish I could pack up a suitcase of their food to bring home with me! Everything we tried was outstanding in flavor and quality; from the al pastor and birria tacos to the carnitas nachos, each dish was delicious and made with love. It was so tasty that my hubby and I went to La Chingona two nights in a row! You can tell that Jasmine and Kyle are passionate about what they are doing and take tremendous pride in the food they serve. Great food and great people!
