Really good food! This is not your typical northern Mexican taqueria menu. They are cooking up southern Mexican food from Puebla. We all ordered cemitas that were great. The homemade bread really made the sandwich, it wasn’t the light fluffy bread from a torta but a thicker tastier bread. We also tried the mango and hibiscus drinks and they were great. The staff was very friendly and service was fast. I will be going back to try other items in the future.

This was a fantastic spot with massive cemitas that took us back to our time living in Puebla, Mexico! The service was exceptional, and the cemita was delicious! We got the pierna enchilada cemita with extra chipotle. You can definitely tell that they make their own bread and the meat was tenderly cooked. Nice shaded seating area onsite as well. We will definitely be returning soon!

Amazing food, the cemitas tasted so authentic and you can definitely see that they are homemade. I grew up in Puebla and ever since moving to the Pacific Northwest I have been in search of good Pueblan food. Been to LA, WA and a few places in Portland and nothing has compared to how close to Mexico this bread tastes.

One of the best food trucks in the state. Everything is made with love using high quality ingredients. Prices are on the higher side but portions are huge. A lot of the dishes can be shared. We really appreciate the shaded outdoor seating. Service was top notch. We will definitely be back soon

Family own business, food is made fresh daily. Good portions enough to share with 2 people. Cemitas are delicious!

Even though service is nice, there are no prices listed, so until you ask you don’t know how much you pay, it’s really unfair practice. Its also pretty expensive , they charge equal/more than restaurants in the same neighborhood, it’s just a food truck so you would expect it to be cheaper than restaurant which has higher expenses and provides better experience.
