Keland Louisiana Seafood was a cozy, cute space that served tasty cuisine! When I visited for my birthday celebration dessert November 20, 2025; it was because the food came highly recommended. It was a delightful experience for me to enjoy delicious beignets. I got to meet the owner of the business and he was really nice. He shared his inspiration for cooking great food and I admire how he is keeping his family legacy alive through business!

Well, it’s not the best grab and go seafood I’ve been, but it was decent. Considering it was only 1 person handling everything and he was doing his best with the service. The food could’ve been fried longer. Added more seasoning on the fries to consider it, Cajun. And change the grease since it was a strong smell of old grease being used. We waited outside in the chairs because the smell was too strong. We had the seafood platter, which was decent, but I’ve had better. And the sauce that comes with it wasn’t fitting for the dish. My opinion. But anyway, for a quick decent meal, this would be your place

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant yesterday for lunch and boy was I in for a treat! I had the privilege to meet Mr. Keland! He is very welcoming and friendly! I struggled with what to order and reassured me that everything taste great! I could not agree more, I tried the gator bites, boudin balls, and the beignets! Everything was delicious and seasoned Louisiana Cajun style for sure! Check them out ❤️

Fish and shrimp were fried to perfection… Beautiful golden brown. Whiting was underwhelming on flavor but easy to mend with lemon pepper. Shrimp while a good size and more flavorful were a bit too salty. $11 is not terrible for one piece of fish and fries. But the fries disappointed because they were cooked in old grease to the point of discoloration. Sauces were an odd flavor, very glad to have placed them on the side instead of tossed. Attempted to return to order more fish when we got back the resort and saw 1 pc per plate. But he was closed before the stated hours of operation. Perhaps an off day, would return to verify the consistency of quality and service.

Stopped by for a late lunch. After a friendly greeting, I ordered a Catfish PoBoy. About 6 minutes later, I was not disappointed. Well seasoned, moist, delicious. Fries were great as well. I will be back whenever I’m in the area.

If you are ordering pick up definitely order over the phone. Just came back from college and noticed this was a new place that opened since I was last home. The Catfish alone gets this place 5 stars. I CANNOT believe how it just melted in my mouth. I haven’t had fried fish this good since I was in Mexico genuinely. Also got the Jambalaya and Cajun fettuccine. To put in perspective both were good as well but I will try other dishes instead but I will 100% be ordering the Catfish basket every time. The owner is also so sweet. Recommend highly, the real deal!
