Our favorite best Restaurant in town. Cozy space with Chic decor. Amazing friendly wait staff. Super delicious food from a wide array of menu choices. A must try, and we sure will be back.

I came in here on a Tuesday unaware that this restaurant had a Taco Tuesday special. The taco orders come in sets of 2 and each set is $4, so $2 per taco. Compared to some of the other Mexican restaurants around, this was an exceptional deal to me. After being seated, I was given chips and salsa. There are 4 varieties of salsa that are freshly made in this restaurant and the chips strike the right balance between saltiness, crunchiness, and grease. I ordered 4 sets of tacos that day (8 in total) and stuffed myself silly. Needless to say that the tacos were delicious. I liked that they gave thick cuts of radish with the tacos. It makes them feel healthier in a way. Since I’ve first came to this restaurant, I’ve since returned and tried all of the non-vegetarian taco varieties available on Taco Tuesday. My favorites would probably be the al pastor, campechanos, and enchiladas, but all of them were good. I don’t think I’ve ever countered tacos de campechanos or enchiladas before, so those were interesting to me.

Besides the tacos, I quite like the interior design of the place. It’s very colorful and they play all sorts of old school Mexican pop and rock songs. The service is quick and the staff is very attentive.

Now until now I’ve done nothing but praise this restaurant up until this point, but there are a couple of (very minor) downsides I want to point out. One is that there’s no beer or alcoholic drinks served here, which is fine I guess since I really don’t need the extra calories anyways. The second is that this place doesn’t have my favorite taco variety – tacos de lengua. To me, having tacos de lengua on the menu makes me feel like it’s a real Mexican place, but not having isn’t the end of the world. Oh well. Would be nice though.

I’ll be bringing my friends here in the future and hopefully they’ll enjoy it as much as I do. Maybe I’ll also come back on a day other than Tuesday to try some of the other menu items.

I was in search of a Mexican restaurant so I googled and this seemed promising.
I ordered flautas, birria tacos with consome, chips n guacamole, Tortilla soup and some other soup.
Let’s begin the review.
Guac was mostly salty other flavors lacking, chips overfried (hard).
Flautas, the filling was almost non existent, hallow hard overfried no flavor at ALL!
Birria Tacos: Basic, mediocre salty no other flavors. Can’t even taste the flavor of cilantro (disappointment).
Tortilla soup: Just don’t get it. The most disappointing thing ever. A container of caldo(broth) salty no other flavor at all!!!, then give a container with overfried tortilla chips small amount of avocado and sour cream. Will insert pic for reference.
The other soup I never!!

Plus the drive was 25 min definitely not worth the drive or money. FAIL!!!

SORRY!!!

Excellent food but a bit salty. The Molcajete had alot of meat but only 3 shrimps. Service was great. Food came out quick. Guacamole was really good too. The sauce for the quesobiria was too salty also.

Great place. Clean fresh tacos made on the spot though I didn’t ask for corn tortillas if they have and made in house. Will remember for next time.

Got the flautas and one carne asada tacos and it’s awesome. Nice texture, good flavor. You get what you expect from a taco and flautas and definitely recommend this place.

Super authentic flavors, variety of options for vegetarians is phenomenal. We requested peppers onions mushrooms in place of what seemed like a frozen vegetable medley which they happily accommodated making for some killer enchiladas and tortas!

UPDATE: came back to NB just for this and wasn’t disappointed! Definitely a must go to spot for your Mexican cravings!

I ordered a burrito with vegan chorizo (made with tofu). No cheese, no sour cream, white rice instead of Mexican rice (made with chicken broth) to make the burrito vegan. The flavors were superb! The waitress was very helpful and kind. It would be great if they had a vegan menu. I would definitely eat there again.

The most authentic Mexican food restaurant. It’s a small place and hard to find parking, but totally worth it. The food is tasty and the people are friendly. Definitely must have their enchiladas with mole sauce. As for the drink, their Pina colada is the truly the most refreshing and fresh juice concoction I had this far (you can def taste and smell the fresh ingredients used to make the Pina colada). If you are not into fresh juice drinks, then BYOB your own liquor.

The food was so good. I went on Tuesday for their promotion “tacos Tuesday” they have certain tacos for only $2 each. The flavor was 10/10, very juice tacos. I grabbed a fresh lemonade and it reminded me my grandma homemade lemonade. I will continue coming to this place. The environment is simple but traditional, and the team work is nice and caring
