Tamales are not as good as they used to be, but they certainly are more expensive. Be ready to pay $30 plus tax for a dozen tamales. I know that they have to make money, but this seems excessive to me, so I will not be visiting as often. Then again, everything is so very expensive everywhere nowadays.
The service is great every time I visit, so I don’t get all the bad reviews about service, maybe Im just always lucky.

These tamales are so delicious and authentic! I have so far only tried the mild red and green spicy – packed with meat and large size, 3 are very filling for me and I’m a big eater. Staff is friendly. This is not a sit down restaurant, you order to go, and they do run out fairly quickly which is why you should go close to when they open if you want a specific kind. If you are craving authentic tamales, you need to order from here!

Best tamales, hands down! Perfect amount of meat, packed with flavor, and even the masa itself is delicious. The salsa is fire. The pork with green salsa is absolutely perfect—moist, flavorful, and so satisfying. The pepper and cheese tamale is incredible too—the cheese just melts beautifully, with the perfect amount of spice. Highly recommend, but make sure to come early before they sell out!

i went here a couple weeks ago to try out new places near my local gas station, since I recently moved around here, I ordered green -like tamales which were amazing and pretty tasty. I was greeted with kindness and will definitely be coming here again.

We walked in for some tamales. We ordered red and green. Tamales def taste homemade. Red one is mild and green is very hot. Champurrado is great too!

The ratio is perfect enough meat enough masa and when you buy them and eat them soon they are some of the best but next day is a different story the masa turns very dry and hard a lot of the flavor is gone I would recommend to buy them and eat them soon because if not you’re going to be disappointed it
