We were passing thru Collins and decided to try LA Casita out. It was lunch time on Mothers day. The floors were clean, the tables were clean and the restrooms were clean, we had our food in less than 10 minutes and to top that off they gave out a big slice of cheese cake to the mothers for mothers day for desert! Our Server was very attentive as well!!

We eat here time to time and it’s very enjoying and the food is good and waitress was friendly and very helpful and we’ll be going again in the future but I do miss buy one get one on Tuesdays and don’t know why they took it off the menu and we used to go more often when they had that and now it’s full price everyday so we now don’t go that often anymore

Horrible food, the food was cold, it had no flavor, and they put more cilantro and onion than meat in the tacos, the drinks had more ice than sodas and tasted like water.

I ordered the chili relleno lunch special and received a steamed bell pepper with taco meat and cheese on top. I could not eat it. My daughter ordered the cheese enchiladas, the sauce was not edible, tasted like canned tomato sauce. The little ones enjoyed their burger and taco. Chips and salsa was good but could have been because I was hungry When I mentioned to the server I was expecting a poblano pepper I was told that everyone was asking for bell peppers and they had to cater to the masses. The rice was bland and beans were salty. Honestly the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. Regardless I still tipped well even though the service was also lacking.

This was the worst place I have ever been. Food was terrible but even worse was the manager and service. Our waitress took our order and we never saw her again. Had to ask another lady for ketchup for our son. She never brought it so had to ask a 3rd lady to finally get that. Never received a single refill. Talked to manager and he said yes I’ve had a lot of complaints on her. I will talk to her. Did even try to make things right. Do not eat here.

I am from San Diego so I was scared to try Mexican food in Mississippi hhaa the chips and salsa are made fresh and are soooooo good! I got a torta and my husband got the Mexican pizza. It came with a side of aju sauce (not sure how to spell that) that was good enough to just eat as a soup. So packed with flavor. Haven’t found anywhere out here that has the carne asada maranaid or rub yet in restaurants but this place has really good food and steak and shredded beef. Will be back
