We had an amazing experience. The service was very attentive and friendly. We got the asada and egg skillet. It was just the right amount of heat and spice. It was delicious. I wish it was a little more tender, but the flavor was on point. We opted for dessert. Our server made the desert especially nice by her presentation. Thank you!

We went here for the first time for a little taco Tuesday date night and it was yummy! Portions were huge, taco Tuesday (carnitas and chicken tacos only) were delicious, the sopes I got were really fresh and I could only finish half, free homemade salsa and chips, and service from waitresses were great (very helpful, friendly and attentive)! We hope to be back soon!!

Quiet, relaxed, homely feel with great food and service. Had $1.11 tacos on Taco Tuesday and also flautas. Soo good!!
Today got the La Cadita burger…again, so good! Melted jack cheese. Sliced jalapeño sausage and their chips n salsa….did I mention, soo good!

The chips & salsa were so good! I ordered the flautas that were the perfect amount of crispy & husband ordered a taco salad. All very good! The only thing I’d want to recommend is maybe having a menu with more of a variety.. which in today’s world, I completely understand limiting costs & wasting food that isn’t ordered regularly.
If you’re looking for something new, stop by and give them a try!

La Casita By the Porch is a family-owned, family-run Mexican restaurant that already feels like a neighborhood staple. You can feel the community support and welcoming energy as soon as you walk in.

The food is comforting and full of flavor. The in-house salsas are fresh and bold, and even the burgers have a Mexican-inspired twist. We had the pork guiso and enchiladas divorciados with red and green chile sauces—rich, well-balanced, and very satisfying. The ground beef was hearty and well-seasoned, giving the enchiladas a homemade taste.

A standout was the house-made Abuelita Mexican hot chocolate, ordered “Melissa style.” Creamy, flavorful, and the perfect contrast to the spicy enchiladas and queso—definitely recommended.

The staff was fun, friendly, and made us feel right at home. They’ve only been open a couple of months and are doing a great job. I’m looking forward to their piñon coffee, handmade tortillas, and trying the chile relleno skillet. This reviewer will definitely be back soon.

I stopped in after work to try La Casita since it’s on my route home and was very satisfied. Stephanie, my waitress was very attentive and walked me through the menu thoroughly and explained the types of meats and what comes on them. She also explained what was popular and what people say about the items I asked about
The chips and salsa were excellent. The burrito was packed full of meat and the stuffings, rice, refried beans, guac, pico as well as two other salsas you can put on to your hearts content. The carne asada was cooked perfectly and overall the burrito had a satisfying taste.
I’ll definitely eat here again in the future and would safely recommend others to try it. Ask them to wam up the salsa they give you when you are seated. It’s already flavorful but warming it up gives a nice mild heat that puts you in an endless cycle of just one more chip. I attached the menu below since I noticed their Google page does not have it yet.

Well worth a trip here. Quote from my 8 year old “Next time we get breakfast, we’re coming back here”

We came here for their new brunch/breakfast menu today (they need to update their hours online) – opened at 9am. I got Migas and my son got the stuffed French toast but to-got because my kiddo wanted cinnamon french toast but with his cinnamon toast crunch (Good combo by the way). His was made from Hawaiian rolls, which was perfect and made the meal. He couldn’t stop eating it but was nice enough to share one of his rolls with two other kids that came over to play just now. They loved it too – great concept Casita team.

My Migas were great too, just enough flavor from the jalapeños without killing it. My only thought here would be to add the tortilla strips on the side for to go orders to keep them crunchy, but still very good! Home fries (which my kid called tater tots) were a great side and I was surprised but the beans were really good too. Usually I leave those mostly untouched but they were spot on. We’ll be back!
