I came during my lunch and I ordered the super burrito and I substituted the mayo for sour cream instead. Its authentic, flavorful and best of all service was and quick. It comes with Nacho cheese which is different for me but it is so worth trying and so so good. Owners are great genuine people! I love supporting small businesses!!

This spot is pretty consistent with their burritos.
The Burrito de Asada is on point. The burrito comes with nacho cheese and mayo. Some people love it with mayo, and others with sour cream. In my case, I substituted the mayo for sour cream + that different way of making it with nachos = delicioso.
This is the Hub = Lots of parking space and eating options; either inside the building, out in the shade or sun.

First off, props for bearing the single digit weather! I originally came to The Hub to try a different truck, but they ended up being closed due to the cold, so I decided to give this place a try. The food was delicious, and the girl was super nice.

Adobada tacos were flavored nicely & the carnitas were tender. The tortillas were golden crisped & hot. The red salsa was a bit spicy & the green salsa was citrusy & fresh tasting. Taco Tuesday was a nice way to try the different tacos. In Summer’s Hub, kennewick food truck hub.

Love this place!! It’s a hidden gem. The young girl that’s always at the front is so friendly. The food is delicious! Their cucumber lemonade is my absolute favorite drink at the hub where they are located.

The food is usually good. This is our go to truck. Great people BUT we consistently have the same problem. Onions. I’m allergic and I do disclose that while ordering and ALWAYS Get my burrito without pico or onion. Yet consistently they still have onion in them. Typically they remake it but today, they made it very clear that there should be NO ONION in my burrito. I still check and don’t see any. A little while later, I’m about 1/3 of the way thru my burrito and my throat starts to feel funny. Surely enough I cut open my burrito and there is a bunch of onions. I ended up having to use my EpiPen which luckily I do have with me. Again great food and amazing people but after being told and reassured there was no onion, having to use my EpiPen to reduce throat swelling is a bit of BS.

Not sure how there are so many good reviews. Hopefully my experience was just a fluke.
Nothing about the food was good. Under seasoned meat would be putting it lightly.. what seasoning? A sentiment apparently shared by the beans. Oh wait, again putting lightly, more like bean water. Absolutely flavorless bean water. Try some salt or something. Stale taco shells? Yep that’s for sure. Come on you got to be able to do better than that. Never going there again. Way better taco trucks in the hub or really anywhere. I do not leave this scathing review lightly.

My mother and I ordered salads. We got to our table to find see they didnt give us any ranch. Went I went up to them and asked she shrugged her shoulders and said they were outta ranch. We wouldn’t have ordered a salad then. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or even show any care at all. And their food is EXPENSIVE. I went inside to the burger place to buy some ranch the lady gave it to me for free because she felt bad. Honestly probably would never eat here again due to the lack of customer service.
