So stopped in this Jimmy John’s in Fort Pierce . Super clean the only thing that I didn’t like was that Philly cheesesteaks were not on the menu. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a Cuban sub. Always delicious subs at JJ.

While ai waiting in store for my online order to be prepared I witnessed a team member come in & start making sandwiches without washing his hands prior (he was wearing glove) but that’s beside the point. Also I watched a women who I believe was the manager accidentally knock the oven tray on the floor that’s used to toast sandwiches & placed it back on the oven to be used without washing it after it was on the floor. After that she started prepping raw dough to make the bread without washing her hands & not wearing any gloves. All the staff is very nice but clearly they are failing on food safety & need training ASAP. After witnessing these few things it’s enough for me to not order here again unfortunately.

Overall experience was low very rude manager Cassie was disrespectful to employees and to customers on phone. Environment was messy food on the tables. Food on the floor in the back. No one washing hands after making sandwiches.

Great customer service, quick, fresh ingredients, clean store, employees were being professional by using a slower business time to clean shelves. Only complaint is that the sub didnt have as much meat as what you see in advertisements. As you can see in the picture I had to double check that it actually had meat by opening it up. If it wasnt for that I’d have given 5 stars.

I went in today while pregnant and craving a sandwich. Since I can only have deli meat that’s cooked, I asked if I could order a regular turkey and cheese sub heated. I was told they weren’t allowed to do that, and instead, I had to choose a sandwich that was already on their “toasted” menu. When I got home, the sandwich was completely cold definitely not safe for pregnancy.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience, especially when clear communication and a small accommodation could have made a big difference. If you have dietary restrictions or special needs, I’d recommend Go to Subway, where they can accommodate your nutritional needs.”

They are fast buttt…
11$ for a slim 8inch sub with 3 slices of roast beef throughout the whole sub.
The food is a hit or miss and this is the only one that puts all of their subs on slims that I have experienced. My go to when the wait is long everywhere else and I’m not being picky.
