Just checked out this mobile food trailer, located in the Prism Center parking lot on South Williams. It doesn’t really have “atmosphere,” but it doesn’t matter—the food is excellent! I had the Birria Taco Bowl, with all the toppings. I only waited 3-5 minutes for it. The meat was tender, the vegetables were fresh, and the spices were just right. Delicious! I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend it!
