The food here is excellent! This is a Mexican food restaurant, not TexMex. The Pambazos, tortas, sopas, and enchiladas are all top notch.
Chips are fried right before they are brought to the table. Fries are fried fresh. Great food at a great price.
This is not a restaurant you are attending for the atmosphere. You are attending the restaurant for its great Mexican cuisine! I love casa de lina.

My wife got breakfast so it was freshly made and good but my enchiladas were reheated. I could tell because it was hard on one side but not the other. It was 3 pm and I got the daily special so I assume it was made earlier. Margarita was great but a little pricy for a small beer mug size. $9 plus daily special. Plus portions could be bigger on the rice and beans. I’m going off of price. Our whole meals with drinks were over $40! Wife had mexican chorizo and egg Plus rice and beans. Sodas are $2.50 a can. Sign of the times I guess

Was there to pick up an order, good food, a bit pricey but not bad. Had a little wait but not too bad. I really don’t have any bad things to say. Love the decor and vibe from the whole restaurant.

Absolutely delicious!! The mole enchiladas are dynamite! The sour cream and Verde enchiladas were also very scrumptious. The homemade chips with queso and trio of salsas were so yummy to eat while we waited for our plates. Also the fresh corn and flour tortillas were very good. There wasn’t anything that wasn’t simply outstanding. How this place doesn’t have 5 stars a roast the board amazes me. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back, a lot!! I can’t end this review without saying our service was phenomenal. Our waitress shared with us how her grandma was the one in the kitchen, and you could taste the love she has in her re pies for sure!!

Hidden gems like this need to be talked about!!

Ok well we thought maybe the name and the looks of it, it was going to hit but sadly no. The place is very nice, decoration is Mexican themed but the food well it needed a little help. Chips and salsa was a 4 out of 5. The prices are a little high, almost 5 bucks for a cup of coffee and just 1 refill is pushing it a little. The coffee was great a 4 out of 5. We ordered the American breakfast, eggs are yum just like I like it over easy, the pancakes great but they only give you 1 packet of syrup for the 2 pancakes. The American breakfast was a good 4 out of 5. The chilaquiles was a 2 out of 5, the green sauce was good but the chips they used was the same chips they us on the chips and Salsa, like store bought. The beans well they had a sour taste to them, like they shouldn’t have been served that day. The rice was kinda hard so we really didnt touch the 2 sides just ate the chilaquiles. All in all maybe a 3 out of 5 for the place. Recommend the American breakfast but ask for extra syrup.

The Mexican coffee is amazing ☕️ and you can get 1 free refill.
Service is great!
Best entree so far to me is the Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas. The lunch plate is $10.50.
Also got a beautiful pitcher for home.

This is a hidden gem. Friendly service and great food. Be warned, it’s not fast food, they will actually cook your food when you order it because quality takes time. There is even a sign on the wall warning you it won’t be quick. Mostly Mexican food with a touch of Tex-mex.
