Absolutely love this place! La Casa De Isaac & Moishe serves some of the best tacos I’ve ever had—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked every time. The chips are warm, crispy, and clearly made fresh, and they pair perfectly with their delicious salsa. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is always friendly. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or a full meal, this spot never disappoints. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic, high-quality Mexican food!

The owners have done a great job of creating a fun outdoor space that makes you forget that you are sitting opposite the Walgreens parking lot! I always enjoy the tacos and am so glad they have a skinny margarita on the menu! The service is mostly excellent. Whilst this place is nothing fancy it is perfect for casual yet delicious food. I wish they were open on Friday and Saturday but understand why they are not.

I only have a review on the outdoor dining.
I am SHOCKED at all the positive reviews on the food.
I was very disappointed in the food. We ordered tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, margaritas and pina coladas.
The salsa for the chips/salsa was weird tasting, it wasn’t an authentic salsa you expect.
Not enough booze in the drinks at all.
Don’t order the steak fajitas – the steak was bland and too tough.
While the server was nice, I would not go here again for Mexican food.

Very disappointing experience! Unfortunately, it seems that the owners prioritize savings over quality, resulting in a high-cost but low-value experience. The quality and flavor of the food was off-putting and made the meal unpleasant. The meat and rice were overcooked, the tomatoes were unripe and the tortillas were dry. The drinks which cost $16 each (as if you are in downtown Chicago) had more juice than alcohol. We sat outside in the patio area. The tables were small and unstable and had a cheap plastic tablecloth that was unappealing to say the least. We ended up paying $125 for two adults and two kids (3 and 7). Very disappointing!

Amazing cafe inside a supermarket. Such cute space. Must return to shop.
The duck taquitos and asada taco dinner plate were both so good. The green sauce never disappoints.
Can’t wait to try the empanadas

If you’re looking for the best Mexican food around, look no further. This place truly has it all—flavorful, authentic dishes, an inviting atmosphere, and an owner who makes every guest feel like family.
While everything on the menu is fantastic, the nachos are absolutely next level—hands down the best I’ve ever had. Pair them with a fresh margarita and grab a seat on their charming patio, and you’ll feel like you’re on vacation.
Isaac, the owner, is always there with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. It’s no wonder this place is a local favorite. Highly recommended!!!

This place was great! I was a little sad they don’t have Challah French Toast nor Blintzes anymore, but I got the Ceviche instead and it was SO GOOD. They also made me fried plantains with just sugar because I didn’t want the ice cream, and they have Abuelita hot chocolate!! The plantains were perfect, crunchy on the outside and perfectly soft inside. Great and attentive service too. We will definitely be back. I forgot to take a picture of my Ceviche, but I remembered for the plantains and hot chocolate!
