The stuff was ok, it’s not their fault that they have to work at this place.
The food is great, the drinks are amazing, it leans a little on the price side for me but I feel like it’s still affordable and worth it.
The Korean ramen was not anything like the photo posted or the menu. The soup is full of mono sodium glutamate flavor and the fish ball smells like ammonia.
The watermelon juice charged me 300 colones extra because that was a “larger size”, what’s funny is that I didn’t ask for that and I saw only one price on the menu
They have changed a lot of the personnel and during the pandemic that I went like six times in 6 months approximately, there was different individuals and this impacted negatively in the service. Last time that I bought a bubble and veggie rice with Bambu, I did not like it. Will.try one more time and take the necessary pictures.
I’m writing this review with the sincere hope of sparing others the truly awful experience I recently endured. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this establishment has completely abandoned any pretense of cleanliness or quality.
Let’s start with the basics: the restaurant was filthy. I’m not talking a little dust – I’m talking grimy surfaces, sticky tables, and seats that looked like they hadn’t seen a cleaning in months. My spoon was visibly dirty, and I honestly feared what might be lurking on the chopsticks, so I mostly avoided them altogether. A quick wipe of the table with a napkin revealed the true extent of the problem – the napkin came away disgustingly soiled.
The state of the dining area was only the beginning of the nightmare. When I tried to use the restroom, I discovered it was locked. It remained locked for nearly thirty minutes, adding another layer of discomfort to the already unpleasant situation.
And then there was the food. Oh, the food. I ordered the “Japanese-style ramen,” which turned out to be a grossly overpriced bowl of what tasted suspiciously like 50-cent top ramen noodles – lukewarm, at that. The dumplings I ordered were equally dreadful, clearly frozen and microwaved to a rubbery consistency. Even the bobba tea, which should have been a safe bet, was served lukewarm and barely palatable.
The entire experience was so appalling that several other diners actually left after witnessing our table’s predicament. It’s clear that the issues here extend far beyond a single bad day.
To put it bluntly: Do not eat here. This restaurant is a health hazard and an insult to anyone who appreciates decent food and a clean environment. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you avoid here at all costs. You’d be better off eating instant noodles at home.
Ordered a sushi boat for 2, ~$40, came with no boat (plain board instead), fish was as plain ad can be, rolls were 1/2 or 1/3 of what a you get at any other sushi place, nigiri was a block of rice with a minuscule slice of fish and sashimi was just tasteless.
Normal starws are used for drinks with pearls so you can only eat them after finishing the drink.
Overpriced and left even doubting the place was following sanitation rules
