Lively atmosphere and a huge quantity of food. They serve free chips as an appetizer that are surprisingly good, the salsa sauce is a nice dip. I had the number 25 combo which was a burrito, enchilada, rice and beans. Packed with food that was all decent and for an extremely affordable price.

Not a place for vegetarians. There are literally 6 veg options in the whole menu and there is no flexibility for any modifications. The salsa and nachos are decent. All of the veg options have a lot of cheese. I mean really a lot!! (Check my pics if you don’t believe what I say). I didn’t feel the authenticity of Mexican cuisine in the food here.

Delicious Mexican cuisine with fair prices. The servers are insanely efficient and super professional. I love coming here for my Mexican food fix! Their chips and salsa are excellent as well. Very fresh and savory. Highly recommend La Carreta. My favorite Mexican restaurant in southern New Hampshire. Again— the service here is phenomenal.

First time here. Nice and well decorated. The Katrina in from of the waiting area is beautiful. The service was excellent. The only you have to care if the sometimes the parking is a little bit crowded.

My wife and I had lunch at La Carreta Mexican Restaurant on a weekday. We have been eating at this restaurant since it opened over 20 years ago. It was the best Mexican restaurant in New England and it was always busy. It still is today and there are a number of family offshoots from it, but the original location is still a winner.

The food is always good, presentation as well and the service is nice. I just believe they should make a little effort to keep the cleanliness because as soon as you step in, the carpeted floors aren’t clean and make me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Stopped at this place after a morning of shopping. This place was super busy. Found it on Google, when we were searching for a place that had mexican food. This place did not disappoint! The fish tacos were out of this world! The portions were great, the nachos and salsa they put on the tables were fantastic. Our waitress was quick, and super friendly. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Hard to give a solid rating bc I’ve only been here once while we were on weekend trip. Food and drinks were good with large portions. Great service. We chose this place based on its high rating and high number of reviews. Can’t say it was the best Mexican food I’ve ever had, but certainly was good.

I like Mexican cuisine and have tried few places around. Looking at good reviews I and my friends thought of giving it a try. Nice ambiance, friendly staff. The service is fast enough, there server offered us hot salsa which was really good. We ordered our food and got it quickly, in general for was okay. We felt the prices are slightly higher than similar restaurants. Overall can try it once in a while.
