Came in for lunch and had to tell the they forgot to bring my lunch after 15 mins or waiting. When they final brought out the food, the tortilla was not heated up and cool to the touch with defeated the concept of a burrito. An apology was offered but not efforts of trying to make it right. The one grip, is that they request you to make a decision on tip prior to service, in which they do not deserve.

My husband and neighbor went for breakfast this morning Fri 11/28/25. I asked him to bring me menudo take out. For $14 I got a quart of red hominy! There were 2 almost 1/2 Inch squares of meat floating on top. After digging and scooping for over 5mins I found 4-5 small scraps of tiny pieces, 1 of which was fat! I don’t care for the taste of hominy so I normally just dig out the meat and soup. This is ridiculous, what a total ripoff!!! I guess this is why they serve “menudo” everyday. So they can make a killing off corn M-F!!!

I have been a long time customer at this location. On Saturday 9/6/2025, I went through the drive-thru and picked up a green chile burrito combo meal and drink ($20.21 total). Before I began to eat, I cut in to my burrito and noticed some red raw meat. I was shocked and disgusted. I’m very disappointed that I wasted my time driving there as I do not live near this location, and wasted my hard earned money purchasing food that I never ate. I immediately called the restaurant at the phone number listed on the receipt three times; each time it went to voicemail, so I left two messages explaining the issue and to request a refund. As of today 9/19/2025, no phone call was ever received to resolve this unacceptable and possibly harmful incident. I would call ignoring customers, bad business, so here is my bad review.

The food is excellent, and decently priced. The servings are quite large, so you feel you got your moneys worth. The chips and salsa are complimentary, and for a few bucks they have amazing flour chips as an option. The salsa is so good, a key indicator for me in over all quality. They are quick to bring your meal and the staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. An easy choice for downtown!

I enjoyed my meal. The tacos were awesome (Beef, Shrimp, & Carne Asada). You order at the counter upon arrival. There’s a nice beer selection along with fountain sodas Our food was delivered hot and fresh. I’ll be back as the tacos reminded me of homemade from when I was a kid.

We liked it but have had better chimichangas at other establishments. They took a very long time to get our food and had to ask for it, then had to wait for them to remake it due to it being packed up for carry out and then left on counter.

This restaurant sign is used as a school bus stop and the bigoted manager told my African American child who had a book bag on to leave because he was loitering! I went in to address the matter with the manager and he laughed. Do not eat here and give people like this your money.
