This was different from other bars we visited in Malaga in that the tapas was self service and you paid based on how many cocktail sticks you had on your plates after finishing.
We got through a good selection, including, crab, shrimp, beef & anchovie. All were delicious and the beer we washed them down with was cold and refreshing. Definitely worth a visit.

We enjoyed our lunch of tapas here on New Year’s Eve…the place was rammed soon after we arrived (mainly locals which is always a good sign); simple, authentic food washed down with decent beer / wine. Strangely, they don’t serve coffee…..go figure.

Very good food and location. The staff was very responsive but in a rush. The only downside was that even though we stayed outside we were not allowed to smoke. The wine options are limited and we didn’t had the chance to taste it before. Overall a nice experience with good food and a bog range of food options.

One of the few authentic restaurants in the center of Málaga. Service can be a bit slow, but it’s worth the wait. Try the zamburiñas, brocheta de gambas, and tomate picado.

We had a great experience at La Campana in Málaga. The food is very simple, but the quality really stands out. Service quick and friendly. Everything felt fresh and well-prepared. It’s the kind of place where the straightforward approach lets the ingredients shine. Definitely worth a visit.

Rude service – ohr waiter was frowning and literally throwing stuff on our table.
The mini burgers we got were two buns filled with a microscopic piece of minced meat.
The toilet is in a horrible condition, very dirty and with flies.
Yes, it’s relatively cheap, but absolutely not worth it.

Just popped in for lunch solo. The razor clams are exemplary, I’d go again just for those. Wouldn’t recommend for large groups as they mainly have 2 pers tables. I eat mainly seafood so suits me very well!

I think this restaurant is not a bad choice to have late lunch. Their menu’s are not spectacularly different compare to others around but I was satisfied with what we had.

Worst service I have ever witnessed; the waiters were rude and rushed through interactions even though the restaurant was empty. The food was late, the plates were the bigger version of what we had ordered (we were two people and could clearly not eat that much food), and we had to ask them several times for the check. The waiter was even rude while I counted the money to give him and did not bring back change. The food was not nearly good enough to justify horrible service.
Ps.: me and my friend speak fluent spanish

This is a very traditional tapas restaurant in the heart of El Centro Histórico of Málaga. They specialize in seafood. Try their huevas, mussels or the boquerones al limón. They also have some traditional drinks that they serve from barrels. Good food, ambiance and prices. Great stop if you’re doing a tapeo.
