Today around 3:00 PM, my boyfriend and I had a very disappointing experience. We ordered an empanada and a piece of bread, and both were extremely hard. The dough tasted old and did not feel fresh at all.
When I mentioned it to the young man at the counter, his only response was that they prepare the food early in the morning. There was no apology and no attempt to offer a solution. He simply took the basket and threw it in the trash. The attitude felt indifferent and unprofessional.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time. Last week I also placed a take-out order, and the food arrived cold and did not look fresh.
I am a regular customer, and I must say the morning weekday staff provides excellent service. However, the afternoon service and food quality noticeably decline.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because quality and customer service truly make all the difference.
