We were Greeted with a yell from across the room and a point to the table we could take. After which we were asked what we would like to eat. Not what I would call agreeing. When the food came, we were not told. The food was hot or approaching the table. It was slid in from behind and left Close to the table edge for us to move. Upon finishing my plate, it was quickly picked up along with all chips and salsa. All I was left with was a glass of water. And a statement of no rush whenever you’d like to pay. This company must have changed ownership or drastically went downhill as this is no longer the family restaurant I once thought it was. My genuine advice is to visit somewhere else. Unless you are looking for quick, efficient, fast food dining.

Don’t usually give a one star review, but this place was not good at all. The tacos were small, and the meat was extremely dry. The rice and beans were old and hard. Will never visit this establishment again.

Honestly my favorite mexican restaurant in anchorage (this coming from a person from San Diego). The prices are very fair considering the “Alaskan tax” and the service was extraordinary. Me and two buddies got there around 6pm on a Saturday night and someone quickly walked us to our table. We were rapidly served with our waters and chips/salsa. The food came out very quickly as well and the servers came by 3x to refill our waters and chips! 10/10 would definitely come back!

My husband and I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas and, of course, the typical chips and salsa. The chips and salsa were pretty good. The fajitas were good too, but they could have had a little more seasoning.

We have ordered from here multiple times and the food was fabulous. EXCEPT yesterday, May 5, we were highly disappointed in the service and the food. A lady walked out and asked what the name was on the order, walked to the kitchen and then walked out and serviced other people and didn’t return until @10 minutes later just to tell us the food wasn’t ready. We spent almost $200 on the food in which we got home and we were missing several meals, missing all of our chips and salsa, the ceviche was maybe one cup, our 2 orders of Queen tostada salad was just the toppings in a box with no tostadas, We didn’t get any of our rice and beAns or extra topping and extra rice and beans that we paid for. I tried calling multiple times so that I did not have to leave a review and could settle this with the manager or owner but no one has answered and there Is no other email or contact information. I would be happy to remove this review once the manager contacts me.
