The food is good but the owner is RUDE! The prices change daily. I can’t wait until they have competition. Hell I may open a place myself just to humble her. The only game in town…for now. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I will drive to Liberty or Centreville before I am treated so rudely and spend my money!!!

This is a little roadside restaurant in Gloster, Mississippi. It carries American food and Hispanic food. You can order to go and take it with you like many of the construction workers in the area do. If you have time (like we did) you can sit at the outside tables and enjoy the view. The food is hot and tastey with good helpings. The prices are reasonable and the people are polite. You should try this if you happen to be in Gloster when it’s time to eat.

The hamburgers are great and so is the Mexican food. The problem is the lady who runs this place doesn’t want to be in business. We asked her how late she was open. She said 8p. But that same night we noticed she turned off the lights at 745p. Not really business-like but not too big a deal. A week or two later we arrived just before 715p. She was already closed, lights out, even though her truck was still there. For us this was a big deal. We were hungry and drove 30 minutes only to go hungry. Her posted hours are 8p closing, and when asked she said 8p. We lost an hour, plus gasoline and had nothing to show for it.
A visit to La Cabana is a roll of the dice. Add to that she is impatient and generally unpleasant, as other reviews will bear out. She would be better off finding another line of work.

Small roadside Mexican restaurant that reminds you of a food truck. Limited Mexican menu with basic American food like burgers and chicken strip too. The service was quick with good size portions and reasonable prices. The tacos were greasy but I like them like that. The burrito was good and the tostados were also good. They were not greasy like the tacos but we’re juicy. I had to go back for extra napkins.
