The place is legit a scam. Never in my life have i had a place take money from me and then have the audacity to be upset. legit told me over the phone id be lucky if they send me the refund. Spoke to the “owner” and “general manager” who were not on site. I order two shrimp tacos on tuesday and waited 20 mins because the chef forgot the order. I get home and it’s chicken! first off I’m allergic to chicken so I was already upset Secondly, i was told on Wednesday I’d receive my refund. NEVER DID! I called Thursday morning to see what was going on and the another “manager” who pretty much was the same person on the phone kept asking for a Name and receipt. Then was surprised i never received a receipt nor was my name ever asked for. The order (i have proof was $17). It’s crazy to think someone will handle the situation but then get upset and angry with you when you are trying to get your money back. She ends up telling me to call my bank and dispute. Like are you slow? Clearly because she kept making up new words over the phone, so I’m assuming there is no educational background along with ZERO business background. Either way – the chicken taco looked crazy. It looked picked over and thrown into the box. Overall…DO NOT COME HERE ! Also…reported on BBB and google reviews. Since they don’t care I’ve also contacted the health department. Play with my food all you want but reviews matter.

Please bring back the real burgers!! Stopped by today and ordered my fave 3rd Ward burger and was shocked to taste absolutely NOTHING! Yall, they went from the most juiciest, seasoned, homemade tasting burger to a freaking frozen patty! I left mine right on the plate! Ainnobody trying to pay $12 for that! If they know like I know, and want to stay in business, then they’ll bring back the taste that made them neighborhood superstars.

Today was my first time here. Serenity had a warm spirit and was very personable. She offered suggestions on the food menu. The drink was just as good. She was patient with me being my first time here. I really enjoyed everything about the establishment. I will definitely be back.

I didn’t know what to expect coming here. My first time visiting Houston, TX has started off great with my experience here. “3rd ward favorite” hands down, best burger I’ve ever had. Juicy, perfectly cooked, came out quick, the customer service here is amazing, and the vibes are great. The daiquiris are amazing too. I got “the Charleston” to wash down my perfect burger. You can vibe inside or outside on the patio. Will definitely return whenever I visit Houston!
