Well let’s just say fried doesn’t taste fried it felt microwaved. This place was Poppin 5 years ago I don’t know what’s going on now corporate needs to pay attention to this location. Restrooms need attention badly. Bartender and servers are still good

For all the times I’ve been to this location, this is by far the best service I’ve received here. most of the times that I’ve been here the service has been slow, the waiters pay close to no attention to you, and when the food comes out it seems like its been under a heat lamp for a while. I always get the wings, and when they do come out there usually dry, or it seems like they’ve been out for a while. This time it was different, different enough for me to write a review. First off my waiter, Robin, she was really sweet. She come around a lot refilling my drink, and just overall making sure everything was to my liking, She was overall amazing. the food came out fresh and not dry for once. One thing i did notice is that robin pointed out a special that was going on and if wasn’t for that I’m sure my bill would have came out significantly more expensive. I want to say thank you to robin and to whoever made my wings that day. I hope next time i come through i receive the same service and quality of food again. Again thank you to my waiter robin, and the cook.

Perfect combo—crispy wings, cold beer, great service! We had an awesome time at BWW Gainesville. The chicken wings were crispy and full of flavor, and the beer was ice-cold. Our waiter was friendly, fast, and made the whole visit smooth. We’ll definitely be back for another round!

My bartender was super friendly!! Food eh. I went in there was like 3 other tables. The wings were definitely old the sauce had kinda turned dark/dried to the wings…. my celery looked like it was cut a week ago or improperly stored the ends had dried out… its pure laziness it wasnt trimmed…the carrots also weren’t trimmed.

This is the second time I’ve come to this location and for whatever reason they have the same problem perhaps even with the same salad. I went here for a Christmas party with my coworkers and our waiter paid close to no attention to us (group of 7 people). My whole table got their food while i waited 45 minutes for chicken salad. I’m not over exaggerating either. He never came to check or even apologize. He offered me a free side and i said no, just the salad please. Another 15 minutes went by any my salad came and everyone at my table was done. Didn’t comp anything from my meal not even half off the salad. Still paid full price for everything. It was ridiculous. Now, the first time this happened the waiter at least acknowledged me and came to check on me and my two friends and was very apologetic. I was Fine to pay full price that time because at least the server cared. I’m a server, i never In my life would have someone wait that long for a SALAD!!!!

Respectfully, I’ve been to this Buffalo Wild Wings years ago and it was a fairly well run establishment then.
I don’t know what is going on now, but the past 3 times we ordered takeout the order was astronomically wrong. I’m talking entire entrees missing, getting a whole different persons entree in my bag, and often Missing half the stuff.
Additionally, expect to wait an hour for cold food, which clearly died in the window that entire time.
The service and food here has been consistently and comically bad which I can only attribute to poor management.
If you really want Buffalo Wild Wings, take the extra 15 mins and go to the manassas one instead.

My family and I went for the first time, l should have read the reviews first. We ordered 24 wings, four different flavors. The Flavors were great, we can’t say the same for the wings. They were dry and hard to chew, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. We left most of them as they were to hard to chew. We WON’T be going back there again..

I’m greatly disappointed at the food that i received from here as to go. I placed it an online order through Ubereats for pickup and my 10x wings were cold and not fresh. They just warmed the wings in the microwave and applied nashville sauce on top of it. I could’ve went to Hangry Joes but i wanted to give this place a chance and a try. Since this is my first time stopping by at this location. I brought the wings back and talked to the manager to re-do it for me. I didnt ask for refund and i didnt give them hard time. I just wanted fresh hot wings. I see many google reviews saying that their wings were not fresh, so this indicates that this location DOES NOT care about customer review or feedback. If this is your first time ordering from here, PLEASE dont waste your money and get fresh wings from somewhere else. The fact that i have to come back is a big let down with all the previous negative reviews about food being not fresh. Their service was okay, but i as a customer should’ve not come back and request them to re cook my wings in the first place. Its inconvenience for me and them. What a huge let down

Unbelievable items were missing from the order. Food was cold, chicken was dry and hard.I spent $77.l at expected better from this location. Spoke to the manager he was polite and tried to compensate my concerns. But when you’re spending money for quality that’s what you should get good cooked food. Not microwave heated food. My son told me not to order here.

Our experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings on Wednesday was embarrassingly bad. We stopped here with our two toddlers, and ordered our toddlers food with the drinks so that they would come out sooner.
Welp, me and one of my toddlers got our food first after a 30 minute wait, then 10 minutes later the second toddlers food came out (a grilled cheese sandwich, not sure what took so long long for this), and when the three of us had been done eating for over 20 minutes, we were still waiting on my wife’s food (a chicken wrap).
Why did it take over an hour to make a wrap?!?! I get that BWWs is just a fast food wannabe sports bar but this was amateur hour to the max.
Either hire a competent manager otherwise this location isn’t going to last long.
