We showed up on a Monday night, unaware that they close at 8:30. But Leo totally took care of us. The steam trays out front were almost empty, but he asked us what we like, and he pulled a few delicious dishes together. Beef stew was tender and flavorful. Grilled shrimp with avocado and rice was perfect. Love that seasoning. And the fried chicken for my son was super delicious (I snuck a bite). Thank you Leo, we were very satisfied!!

Definitely they offer good and fresh food, the delivery time accurate, if they tell you 30 minutes it is. Humble people, that restaurant cares about its customers. I’m very picky about eating and this is my third time ordering from this Restaurant, and The Brasa from this location on New York Avenue exceeded my expectations.

delicious fast casual that both feels healthy, but also has so many options, you can do something different each time. The pricing is also very reasonable. I love the chili tofu and all the toppings- especially the pepper drops. I also think the sauces and “blossoms” are super unique. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, but nutritious lunch.

I am in North Bergen and the food arrived cold (delivery). The white rice was hard, and the beans were cold. I also had a pechugita mofongo, can’t go wrong with mofongo right? WRONG! This was the saltiest, spiciest mofongo I’ve ever eaten and it had all types of green leaves mashed in, could have been cilantro but it was horrible. My son didn’t even eat his rice and beans, said it tasted funny. Would definitely NOT recommend this place! If I could have written a review without adding one star I would of.
