Very upsetting. Usually a fan of La Bottega but the service tonight was atrocious. I ordered a salad and it was incorrect. I called to see if they accommodate. They demanded that I was incorrect and only argued with me. Never offered to help. The guy on the phone at the end of the conversation said, “Come by and review the menu.” Last time going there.

Just had the worst pasta fagioli soup ever. Upon pickup I was told that their soup is blended but I didn’t expect it to be this awful. Blended broth, no parsley, no flavor, and 3 pieces of pasta.

Honestly, it’s my favorite place. They are so attentive and work with any questions or concerns you might have. I have gotten takeout and have dined in both, which have been amazing. If you want to eat there, ask for Kenia, a lovely waitress who cares about her customers. If you are looking for an appetizer, get the fried calamari. They make it just right. Some places make it too crispy or chewy, but I have never had that happen here. If you are looking for a panini, I would recommend the Asti. It is not on the menu, but you can still order it. As for dessert, GET THE FLAN!!! It has a fantastic taste and the perfect texture, which so many places go wrong with.
