My son is in the hospital in Winfield and my husband went out to get food and they didn’t disappoint. La Birria Loca has some of the best Birria dishes that I have had. They give you plenty of sauces and the toppings to put on your food. They put the limes on the side with the sauces, which is a plus for me as most places put them on your food. The meat was well flavored, tender and moist. Both the Quesabirria (Birria quesadilla) and the Birria Tacos with very good and had the right amount of cheese. The beans are good the sour cream was great and taste homemade. The rice was cooked well just needed a little toppings to hit the spot. My husband tried all the sauces and he really enjoyed them. I tried the #4 and I could use a #2 lol my spice level is low but it was good. My husband gives it a 10/10 and I say I have to agree.

This place was recommended to me by my cousins and one of my coworkers, so I had to check it out. I got 3 birria tacos, beans and rice, and regular horchata. They also threw in 3 levels of hot sauce (13.2 is where it’s at!). Everything was DELICIOUS and the owners are awesome! I don’t leave reviews often, so the fact that I’m leaving this shows how much of an impression this place left on me. I will definitely be returning and bringing my coworkers and friends along!

Without a doubt, I would recommend this joint to anyone looking for a different experience. From the moment we pulled in parking lot, you could feel the vibe was gonna be on point. We were greeted by Joe and he was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave us the run down and shared a bit of their history which was exciting. Everything and i mean EVERYTHING is fresh and prepared fresh to order. Youre not gonna an atmosphere like this anywhere else. You’ll leave feeling like you’re part of the family. The food smelled delicious, and tastes even better. The different horchata flavors are out of this world. Tiramisu coffee horchata has gotta be the best thing since sliced bread. We live about an hour away and it was so worth the drive. We will definitely be making the trek back out this way very soon. Check them out on TikTok and show some love!

I got the Birria Burrito and it came with a side of consomè. It was delicious and a big portion! The meat was so tender and consomè so flavorful! Not to mention the fire hot sauce #7 & #13! Also got the Birra Tacos Platter which was also delicious! Great Food, Atmosphere, & Great People! Especially Dad cooking all the food in the Kitchen!

Was so excited for this to be our new favorite Mexican restaurant but when we got home and opened our food we were so disappointed.
The rice and the beans came in little tiny bowls. Not even the size of a pup cup.
The tacos and the burrito were severely lacking flavor.
The KORN cup was delicious though.
The employees were friendly. Was a neat environment aside from very limited parking and not much room inside to pick up your order.

Amazing experience here. The food was incredible. The staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. The Son that greeted us walked us through the entire menu and options along with the family story that got them to this current spot. You can tell that this isn’t just food that they prepare. They take great pride in the product that they make for their customers and love what they do! This is a must visit spot and will be on my families monthly rotation!

And for those of you who are fans of the drink, and Jamaica know that there is a powder version and the real version that comes from the flowers – I can tell you firsthand that this is handmade no powder no sugar no added garbage!
They even gave me extra hot ️ sauce to take to home to try! Now thats service!

Huge, delicious breakfast burritos! We will be back to try more items from the menu. We are staying at CDH across the street for our pregnancy and this place really delivers on flavor and customer service. Highly recommend if you’re in town or having to visit or stay at CDH.

The food is good, but not as amazing as other taquerias I’ve been to in the area. I’m not convinced that the organic beef is significant enough to alter the taste, only in price. I had the quesabirria tacos with guacamole, sour cream, Pico de Gallo, and a sampler of all of their hot sauces. The sample of the banana flavored horchata is also good.
I do agree that the tacos are filled generously with birria meat but it needs more cheese. Usually, quesabirra is greasy and messy but not this one. The main benefit is that my acid reflux wasn’t acting up and I didn’t feel overburdened.
The hot sauces were delicious but they were definitely not spicy. I was expecting to sweat or regret my decision when I doused my first taco with their hottest sauce but was disappointed. I could drink the sauce straight and be perfectly fine.
The pricing on their condiments really need to be worked on. The guacamole is plain. Consomme is good. Pico de Gallo is excellent. Sour cream is your typical supermarket sour cream. However, I would not buy these condiments again cause they’re overpriced at $2 for a very tiny container. Maybe I’d bite at $1.
The atmosphere in the store is well done and the son has a very good sales pitch for the food here. It was absolute cinema. There’s no place to dine inside but there is a picnic table behind the restaurant.
If I were to come back again, I would order the tacos and drinks but not the extras. If organic means something to you, this is the place.
