The cake was good but not enough to deal with racism. I can’t speak Spanish but people say I look like I might, I’m Filipino. Usually that’s okay. I thought I was doing fine pointing and using body language, only got 2 pieces of cake. The woman helping me asked the man working there to translate, sometimes I feel unnecessarily. When I was going to pay the woman helping me started saying Jackie Chan multiple times as if I wouldn’t understand her since she was saying everything else in Spanish. The younger woman working there looked at me when she was saying it but I acted like I didn’t understand because I was shocked . I usually support and don’t have issues with businesses that only speak Spanish. Mexicans and Filipinos usually get along great, how’re you going to act like that to another POC?

DO NOT GO HERE. You know there is something up when you walk in and the bakery it doesn’t smell like fresh bread. Came in and bought bread and there was not one piece that was fresh. Terrible, don’t bother to be opened if all you have is bread in a garbage bag that you covered up from the day before. Never going here again, giving the baguette a bad reputation.

Very pricy I got a 10inch cake I wanted a simple design nothing to fancy charged me $68.00. For 10inch. And no design at all, I have gone to the one on Melrose and same charge . This is to expensive taking myself to webers which is more prestigious.

Friendly service. She gave a lot of suggestions and worked with what I wanted. They have a variety in cakes. You must order a few days ahead for a specific flavor. We got a tres leches and flan hybrid cake. That was the juiciest cake I’ve ever had in my life. Amazing. Their chocoflan was also superb.

DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM THIS PLACE!!!
I would give them no stars if I could!! I’m highly upset with a cake that I ordered for a baby shower on May 18th. It was nothing at all that I ordered, the name on the cake was wrong, things I wanted on the cake was not even on the cake. The picture I chose for the cake was very pixelated. I went in with a rough draft I drew myself of what I wanted on the cake and still the cake came out completely different. They went ahead and did their own thing without my acknowledgement.
One person who was at the store didn’t even know the names of borders that goes on the cake. Very very unprofessional. I had made two visits to this location for minor changes and I was told no problem but they went ahead and made the cake the way THEY WANTED adding things I DID NOT WANT.
Upon waiting for my cake another person arrived to pick up their cake and they were upset as well because it was not what they wanted…upon them leaving they turned around and told me “never again!”
I told the woman who picked up her order..”likewise, never again will I order cakes from this place.”
I should have cancelled my order when I walked out upon the first time walking in and seen ants coming from the front door, when we told the woman who was working there she gave me and the other person I went in with a look as if we were lying. We had to point out the ants.

This place is very unprofessional, twice they messed up cakes for us. They were supposed to put a picture on our cake and the day of the party. They told us that they forgot to do it, so we had to settle for just happy birthday on the cake. Will never go there again.

Deeply sadden with customer service. Been purchasing cakes for over 5 years and pastries. I had called to place order yesterday I specifically told clerk that I would come in person to see order. She still charged order than when I asked to get owners information clerk stated that she was not in liberty to disclose owners name. I will be going elsewhere.

I ordered a cake 24hrs before which is horrible on my part but the lady who works here helped so much. She understood exactly what I pictures for the cake and was able to have it ready first thing in the morning. The cake was delicious! Vanilla cake was soft and fluffy, very moist. The whipped cream was airy and not too sweet. Will always come here for cakes in the future.

Terrible costumer service! I’ve bought cakes from there before but my mom recently went for a quote for her wedding cake and felt pressured to place the order for September. They’re charging 500+ dollars for a 60 serving cake ! Ridiculous, my parents don’t order cake often so they don’t know how outrageous that is. They want to get their money back 100 dollars and the cashier refuses to do so when they will lose nothing but a customer. Wouldn’t even give me the owners number to sort it out with them!
