The owner is a delight. Everything here is incredible. The Southern caramel cake is to die for, and the banana cream cupcakes are a must try. The texture of their cake is spot on, so moist and light. 10/10 recommend!

I ordered cupcakes from Southern Girl Bakery for my wife’s birthday, and they absolutely nailed it! Every year, I get her Cookie Monster and Big Bird cupcakes, but this year, they were extra amazing. Not only did they look incredible, but they tasted just as good—maybe even better! The frosting was fantastic, and even though I’m usually not a cake person, the cake itself was unbelievably soft and delicious. We will definitely be back

I ordered vegan cookie butter cupcakes for a birthday. They were moist and delicious! Communication was incredibly quick and helpful. When I picked them up, there were a number of vegan items available in the case. I got a vegan lemon square, which my spouse said was good. It is great to have a bakery that has readily available (and tasty) vegan treats!

We saw the bakery open sign from the road and decided to stop in and check out A Southern Girl Bakery. Boy am I glad we did! We grabbed 2 breakfast sandwiches and some cupcakes. The breakfast sandwich was incredible. I got a sausage, egg, and cheese on a biscuit, and I was amazed that it was an actual sausage sliced in half. The biscuit was buttery and flaked with each bite. Soooo delicious! We got a regular and one of the fun boozey cupcakes. The service was amazing, the staff kind, and just a completely wonderful experience. Go here!!!

Absolutely phenomenal! I just discovered this little gem today and had the best cupcake i have ever had! I didn’t catch the name of the woman working but I’m assuming it was the owner and she completely embodies a southern girl charm. I will definitely be back again!

OMG This place is PHENOMENAL! Cupcakes are my favorite sweet treat but since my Celiacs diagnosis I haven’t enjoyed them the same, until now! The best GF cupcakes I’ve ever had. PERIOD. I drove an hour to try them and will gladly do again they are that good! The GF lemon bars were heavenly I even shared with a non celiac friend and she said they were so good she couldn’t tell they were GF. My brother in law loved the boozy cupcakes. Our family of 6 loved the sweet treats from a SGB and there was something for everyone. Love this place! Go there! The delicious treats and Southern hospitality are worth it!

My husband stopped in to grab a coffee and a treat while we were out this weekend. The lady at the counter was so nice and very helpful as we looked at what was available. The coffee was fresh and delicious. The cherry Danish was AMAZING. We will be back!

I had my wedding cake made here and it was exactly what I wanted and more. It was so delicious, I had family members still talking about it days later! Thank you so much for making my special day that much better! We also ordered some vegan cupcakes for our vegan family members and they were a great addition. (Both the cake and cupcakes can be seen in the photo attached. We added in little toothpicks to the cupcakes to let family know they were vegan.)
