The Pattie’s are good but the customer service is absolutely terrible!!! How do I place an order days prior and a certain time to pick up. And it’s not prepared ??? This place is NO for me. Waited in this long line for over 15 minutes because I really wanted to try some Haitian goodies (since I don’t have many Haitian bakery/restaurant near me) only to be told the stuff that’s on their menu aren’t available, it’s not even 12:00 pm yet. Maybe that’s a normal practice for this establishment, if it is…there should be a schedule on the restaurant/bakery that states what they serve during breakfast/lunchtime etc. I drove all the way from West Point to check this place out. My mistake. Never again.

I have went to this restaurant where it was complete disrespect and unprofessional. A young man had taken my order and it took about 1 hour for me to get my order because he stated “I will not serve you the manger said I don’t have to” very disrespectful. Also whenever I come into the restaurant the food is either too salty or just no seasoning . This is a restaurant you should never attend unless you want to feel unwelcome or even disrespected. The owner is never there to sit here and speak to and the whole restaurant is just ran by unprofessional people who clearly need to be taught how to work at a restaurant,

They just sit around gossiping and laughing like teenagers. No one picks up the phone. I sat in my car watching them ignore the phone while doing nothing, and my orders are always wrong. If I ask for no egg why is all three of them filled with egg? Just trying to sell cheap stuff. Save your money. Things have changed this is a joke not a business anymore.

The best Haitian delicacies in the area. Paté Kodé is absolutely delicious. Small bistro so the service can be a bit slow at times but for the most part doable. They make up for the wait in taste, highly recommend
