Beautiful rooftop restaurant with great views, food and drinks. They have drink specials at night, but you have to ask for the specials menu. Don’t feel funny asking for vaso de agua instead of the bottled water the waiter will bring if you are a gringo. Love all of their apps especially the shrimp tacos and cauliflower!

A friend recommended this restaurant and I didn’t know what to expect and I was blown away by the food on the rooftop with a view with very reasonable prices. The cauliflower toad appetizer was incredibly generous, the pork belly bahn mi was like a perfect soft taco and my friend’s jicama (instead of corn tortilla) fish tacos were delicious…highly recommend!

We arrived just as La Azotea was opening and sat ourselves on the rooftop. We shared the tacos, which had a lovely flavor but the meat was a little tough for my liking. The frozen mezcalita was HUGE and delicious.

What a cozy and zen atmosphere! The service is exceptional, and the views are breathtaking. The chill house music creates the perfect vibe, making you feel like you’re on vacation and completely relaxed. Vivi San Miguel de Allende—it’s an experience you don’t want to miss!

Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant to spend your money. I barely just sat down and I asked if the rooftop is open. The hostess told me there are strictly drinks on the rooftop, no food, ever!
I decided I’ll go up to the roof and have a cocktail before coming back down for lunch.. and what do I see as soon as I walk up to the rooftop? Tables that are set with condiments! I asked the waitress on the rooftop if they serve food and she smiled and said yes, absolutely sir!
I continued to tell her that the hostess lied to me for no reason, and I turned around and left. If you don’t want to serve me, just tell me lol. I can go spend my hard earned money somewhere else. BIG FAT ZERO

Really great spot. I found it a bit tricky to find, but once there on the rooftop you can’t go wrong. Very nice, non-pretensious with excellent food and bevies.

Went back here after a long time (years!) and still awesome. Rooftop bar/restaurant steps from the Jardin. Great views, great atmosphere. Especially recommend the jicama tacos. Avoid on weekends though.

This is a lovely rooftop restaurant in a great location. The food (primarily small plates and tapas) is excellent. They are well known for their jicama tacos and they didn’t disappoint. I also enjoyed the croquettas and my wife loves the goat cheese and pear salad.
The service was very good
We will never return. Mexico has strong no smoking ordinances in place to protect the public health. We found it unusual that every table in the restaurant has an ashtray. It is illegal to smoke in restaurants in Mexico both indoor and outdoor spaces, yet it seems to be OK with management. When a gentleman at the next table lit up, our meal was essentially ruined. Even though we were outside, the smell continuously wafted in our direction.
It’s a shame. I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant but because they cater to smokers, they probably lose more business than they gain due to not enforcing smoking regulations.

Great little Rooftop restaurant/bar with a very cool vibe, beautiful wood floors, seating areas and two separate bars. The food was outstanding and the service was great. The whole area is pretty much cover and they have misters to cool you down during the day. They also have a great location, just off the square.
They offer a large selection of cocktails and some of the best margaritas in the city. The food is not only very good, but the presentation is beautiful as well.

This is a fun little rooftop to get some drinks and tapas. It has views, the food was good, and the drinks were tasty. Was a fun little stop, mid day, to get out of the sun and have a refreshing drink to recharge.
