The tacos here are amazing! Every bite was full of flavor and you can tell everything is made fresh. What really stood out is not just how good the tacos are, but also how many different food choices they offer — there’s something for everyone. I love this little Nook of a restaurant. They have the best Cecina tacos around that I highly recommend. I come here quite often with friends and by myself, the food gets done quick and the salsas never disappoint. As well as Chile toreados y cebollitas to enjoy with your meal free of charge. Delicious. Mmmm… Okay… so I’m just sitting here raving about my fave lunch spot here in C’ville. THE BEST tacos (please know this is NOT an exaggeration) and the BEST arroz que te vas a encontrar (that you’re going to find) (wait… did my mouth just start watering thinking about their rice?… yes… yes… it just did ) and all of it at very accesible prices! I just don’t know how they do it. I love me this little corner of my Mexico . God bless them for serving us all so well, and serving us the most legit Mexican food there is! We ordered a catering order for about 11 people. The food was more than plenty, the taste was incredible and the service the best. The guacamole has pieces of avocado and the flavor is just right. Everyone at IDOT Business Services loved it and would definitely go back.

BEST TACOS WE HAVE EVER HAD. If you’re from Chicago and have not tried these tacos, you have no idea what you are missing out. You will never go anywhere else for tacos. Maggie and Jose were kind enough to bring their Taquiza to CA just for us! We cannot say enough on how delicious they are. This is a MUST when you visit Chicago and a must if you live there or near by. Highly recommended. Thank you Maggie & Jose!

Went to a function they catered. So I can’t speak for the service or atmosphere. I CAN say it was the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! Especially seeing it was catered! Fresh, hot, not dry. Sauces were delicious, tortillas amazing, chicken and steak weren’t full of fat. I met the owners and you can see they love what they do and have pride in ownership. Can’t wait to try them again!

I asked for three pounds of arrechera. I don’t know if they were put out I didn’t want the one they already put through the machine but I asked them to clean it, which they confirmed with me several times. Came home with a greasy mess that was at least half white fat garbage.
