Every time I come to Stroud I make sure I go for lunch here. It’s by far the best place to eat in Stroud & I’ve had pretty much everything on the menu & it’s all soooooo good!
The chilli pork is probably my favourite main with a side of the gogyas are excellent. The sushi is also really good but I like to sit at the bar with a beer & pretend I can use chopsticks.
Such a great little place always busy & has a great vibe would definitely recommend

What an absolute treat this place is! Couldn’t give it enough stars! Food was immense, delicious and vibrant. Service was SO good, from ordering to leaving! Every person working today was super friendly, helpful and engaging. Ten out of ten in every aspect. Can’t wait to visit again! 🙂

I have been a fan of Kyuri Sushi for a couple of years now and have enjoyed many of their offerings. If you want sushi I recommend ordering a day ahead but they have a number of delicious hot meals and bentos available too.
The owners are very friendly and welcoming and always make you feel like your seeing an old friend when you visit again.
The atmosphere is good during an afternoon lunch. Or on a Friday for the evening opening times.

The best Sushi I’ve ever had, in the Uk..the best food stall and street food, and fine sushi experience and a pleasure to watch being prepared on a street food venue..
My fiancee lives in Stroud and me in North Devon, and this is well with the trip up, every weekend!
Every thing is fresh and varied and prepared with a really high level of detail and really is delicious.
Sushi and Japanese cuisine plus Korean dishes… all are exceptional. The chef is a in a class of his own and bryony and daughter are so lovely, and explain the food if your unsure. I could go on and on, but if your even just passing, check out this absolute little gem of a place

Highly recommend. Lunchtime on a Sunday was busy but well worth it. Super authentic Katsu curry and Gyoza (well, based on 26 years living in Japan) – great taste and presentation. Mio was super friendly and attentive towards us, and watching the chef was an education in itself. Will definitely return (multiple times!).

amazing place, this is my constant go to when going into stroud it has the best food ever at such a reasonable price, the value for money is insane, consistently tasting brilliant. i often get the katsu curry however i’ve also had the opotunity to have their sushi which is equally fantastic, an amazing cold alternative still extremely fresh tasting.

Absolutley delicious food and the best customer service. I’ve eaten in nearly all the outlets in five valleys and this is the best. I had the Korean chilli pork and it was sooo good, loved all the sides. My only regret is waiting so long to try this place!
